L'Ă©rable rouge est assis sur une crĂȘte surplombant une vue imprenable et spectaculaire sur les montagnes.

Qu'il s'agisse d'observer les étoiles depuis le bain à remous ou de prendre son petit-déjeuner dans un fauteuil à bascule, d'écouter les sons de la nature avec le lever du soleil sur la brume du mont Le Conte, l'érable rouge offre une retraite naturelle et tranquille. L'emplacement de cette cabane permet un accÚs facile aux zones d'attraction car elle est idéalement située à 10 minutes de Pigeon Forge et à 10 minutes de Gatlinburg, du parc national de Great Smoky Mountain, de l'épicerie et des nécessités. Une connexion Wi-Fi, un cùble et une installation de café gratuite sont fournis.

Parking plat pour deux véhicules et pas de routes de montagne escarpées. Do not stay here

Not as listing showed, host changed the info on listing after arriving. Supposed to be 3 beds and was only 2. Have screenshots of all info before she went in and changed the listing. Wouldn’t send email for me to send proof. Dirty, towels stunk like stale smoke, hot tub was filthy with brown rings all around it. Roaches under couch. Our small grandchildren had to sleep on the nasty floor. Also front door lock, only the deadbolt worked
 maintenance was supposed to be notified but had not come before we left..Host $50 refund for peace of mind as she states it. Insisted listing was correct but I have screenshots to prove different. Would NOT recommend !!!! Having rental property of our own, this is POOR service and not willing to work with us for refund. So disappointing!!!

Most everything was good. Only the tv in the main room couldn’t get it to pick up any channels. And the hot tub needed to be cleaned. Disappointed not to be able to use the hot tub. But all n all I was satisfied

Disappointing

Description was not accurate. No outside grill. Hot tub dirty. Top of hot tub disintegrating. Inside of cabin very unclean. At the top of a very steep incline. I won't go into anymore detail except to say that one would expect much much better for the price.

Cabin with a great view

Great location for smokies and town. We tried to stay away from town and crowds. Location was close to hiking trails with smaller crowds. We really enjoyed view and hot tub on deck. We would love to stay here again!

Great customer service, wonderful location

The cabin is in a wonderful location, quiet away from hustle and bustle. Included many home amenities we used like coffee, pots and pans, plates, grill, etc. Enough privacy for our teen who came with us. The owners were amazing with their communication. Loved seeing family of turkeys and a bear! We would stay here again.

Nice cabin in the Smokies

Pretty view and comfortable. We enjoyed our trip. Nice hot water. Reasonably priced. Very well equipped. I couldn’t get the streaming to work because Wi-Fi was weak but that was ok because there were lots of dvds for the kids. Hot tub could use a good cleaning had some algae in it. Otherwise a wonderful place! Really loved the view!!!!

This is a nice cabin, check in and communicate with the owner was very easy. The only thing my family and I did not like was the downstairs bedroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and it needs to be replaced. It would also be nice if it had more wash cloths and towels since there is not a washer/dryer here. Other then that this was a nice cabin.

Peaceful Cabin

To start the review I would like to say that this cabin is in a nice peaceful spot I enjoyed drinking coffee on the front porch every morning without hearing all of the commotion from a tourist town. Upon our arrival we were in the middle of a wind advisory. My husband did a walk around the property to make sure that we would be safe, he does tree cutting for a living, the wind was really really bad. There was one tree that was very concerning and my husband was very worried about it. It was swaying from the root into the ground. The whole bottom of the tree is dead. Tried contacting the owners but they didn't answer. My suggestion would be getting a tree cutter out there as soon as possible to get that taken care of before something happens. We decided to go into town and spend the day into town until the wind advisory passed once we got back home that evening everything was fine. Next, cleanliness of the cabin, It was clean but it is in severe need of a deep clean. The tub and shower were so slippery It was hard to shower without slipping. My mom actually fell in the bathtub. The coffee maker looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned there were so much grime and coffee grounds on it that I had to clean it before use. The floor looked as though it hadn't been swept or mopped. There were sticky spots everywhere. The porch swing is missing so I feel like that photo needs to be removed. The driveway is tricky to get up. Cabin is on a huge hill. You share with 2 other cabins. We decided it was easier to back in from the bottom and that made it a lot easier. Also, description states it's minutes from PF or Gatlinburg and it more like 20 minutes either way I feel like the description is a bit misleading. The review book is full hasnt had entry since Sept 2021.

Parental trip

My husband and I took our parents for their Christmas present. The cabin is secluded and quiet. The only thing is wifi was weak, which made the TV not work well
 which I told my husband we didn’t come to the Lou gains to watch college football on TV 😂😜

Nice and clean

This was a nice property. Driveway was hard to find and pictures of driveway doesn't show that part of it is gravel and a low to the ground vehicle may have clearance issues. The place was super clean and everything as advertised except wifi didn't work but we didn't need it. I was overall extremely happy with my stay.

Was exactly what I wanted! Family all came in for our wedding ,but we wanted to stay away from them to enjoy out honeymoon too. Perfect size for us and the view was breath taking. One side note note, does need a new sign in book. That one is full.

Great Cabin!

We absolutely lived waking up drinking our coffee on the porch over looking the smoky mountains. Hot was awesome!! Easy check in! Cabin was awesome in side too. Love playing darts. Wifi didnt work that great, but over all great cabin. We will be back!!!

Secluded, but convenient

Location of the cabin is secluded with nice views from the deck, but also super convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! GPS directions will take you the back way to both towns and you avoid the mess of the main drag. We really appreciated this when our main focus was GSMNP. Despite the cabin saying it sleeps six - this includes two people on the sofa bed, which is unrealistic and not convenient. We had four in our family and it was perfect! The only complaint we had was the wifi. I certainly understand how this could be an issue, given the location, but it did make planning and mapping a tad difficult in this age.

The drive up and parking is terrible.

The cabin itself was great. The drive to the cabin and the parking were terrible. There is no way to fit 2 vehicles unless they are motorcycles or super small compact cars. Having a minivan with no way to turn around and backing down the steep incline drive with a cliff on one side was too much for us. I wish this was disclosed prior to us booking this stay. We chose to get a hotel instead for our peace of mind. The cabin itself inside was clean and roomy.

Overall it was a great cabin!

It wasn’t the easiest to find, the drive way is kinda scary your first go up but other than that it’s safe and easy there is a mama bear an two Cubs who stay near by might be lucky enough to see them like we did. I would stay here again next time we come to the mountains for sure. There is a neighbor closer than I expected but they are very nice no problems. I highly recommend booking this cabin for a secluded relaxing stay!

Truth in Advertising is Important

The property was clean but dated in overall condition. The back deck was FILTHY. The hot tub lid is disgusting. The advertised "fire pit" consisted of an inverted grill cover. I contacted via email through your site the owner, because the promised WIFI was spotty to nonexistent at best. This was very important because of my husband's profession. We received NO REPLY from the owners. The photographs of the outside of the cabin bear little resemblance to the current condition. As we told the owner, we will never use VRBO again. Thankfully, I have close family in Gatlinburg. They will assist us in future vacations to the Smokies. We have learned that VRBO is not to be trusted.
