The Space:
Winterbrow Lodge is a 4 bedroom, 4.5-bathroom custom built cabin on 17 private acres in close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge. The 3-story cabin is easy to reach as you wind your way up the paved driveway to the covered parking area off the wrap around porch. As you approach the cabin, you will have access to the main level and lower-level parking. For easy accessibility, there are no stairs entering the lower level and a minimal 5 stairs leading to the main level. There is enough parking for around 8 vehicles in the paved parking area!

As you enter into the foyer, there is a fully appointed office and laundry room that you pass before seeing the main level master bedroom located off the elegant great room. The Great Room is a perfect family hangout and boast comfortable seating for 12, a kids play area, and enormous 85" HGTV sitting over the elegant mountain stone gas fireplace! The views from this room are truly spectacular and the general ambiance is relaxing and inviting. mounted on the beautiful mountain stone fireplace.

Passing through the great room, you will enter the suitable dining room and chef's kitchen and pantry. The dining room has access to the exterior main level deck and is a perfect setting for family meals and over table conversation. In the kitchen, the chef can enjoy the convenience of a 48" gas stove, dual oven, and plenty of countertop space. The kitchen is appointed with a Kurig Coffee maker (we have provided coffee pods) as well as a drip coffee maker. The kitchen is also appointed with everything you need to cook including a healthy assortment of cooking oils and spices! For convenience, enjoy the off-kitchen pantry for easy storage.

Walking up the wooden staircase to the second level, one is welcomed to the third floor den! Grown ups and kids alike have many paths to fun! Between playing the new PlayStation 5 or Original Nintendo on the 65" HDTV, getting into the variety of board games, or browsing the hundreds of DVD's there is something for everyone in this room!

On either side of the upstairs den exist two queen guest bedrooms. All bedrooms are appointed with very comfortable duvets, sheets and pillows. Each bedroom has a comfortable viewing area to take in the magnificent mountain views, HDTV with cable, and en suite bathroom with walk-in showers. Included are high end towels and wash cloths.

Descend back down the stairs to the bottom floor where you will find the mother-in-law suite! The bottom floor is a mother-in-law apartment with its own private fully equipped kitchen. Similar to the upstairs kitchen, the downstairs kitchen is appointed with everything that you will need. This includes cookware, tableware, a Kurig Coffee Machine and Drip Coffee Maker. There is also an inviting dining area and island bar seating.

The downstairs den boasts a very comfortable sectional couch in front of a huge 75" inch HDTV. Sitting in the den, one can either look at the mountains from yet another beautiful angle or further explore the space to find a mysterious room under the stairs! Once the bedroom of the famous wizard, Harry Potter, this room has been renovated to include some of Mr. Potters belongins from the films. Dobby the house elf will show you how to operate the magic wand operated floating candles and sorting hat. Use Hedwig to send Smokies post cards to loved ones or dawn the wizard robe and cast spells using Harry Potter's replica wand!

For more fun, enter the Tennessee Vols themed game room. Alabama or Florida fans are even welcome! Start a game of pool, watch football on the 55" HDTV, or explore the library of over 65 retro games on the arcade! Off the game room is access to the 7 person hot tub and outside entertainment area.

The guest master is the last room in the bottom floor suite. It has an en-suite bath and great natural lighting through big windows and a 65" flat screen. The en-suite bath has the only traditional bathtub/shower combo in the cabin.

The Neighborhood:
Winterbrow Lodge is located in Pittman Center about 15 minutes from Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Other things to note: "Is there parking for multiple cars?" Yes, our driveway can accommodate 6-10 vehicles. The roads are paved and any type of vehicle can easily get to the property. "Is the home gated?" No, the property is not gated. It's located off a quiet street with very little through-traffic, only a neighbor or two now and then. "What kind of levels does the house have?" The cabin is a 3-level home. There are four steps going up to the entrance from the covered patio and a central stair case giving access to the basement apartment and upstairs bedrooms. "Do you have a pet fee? Weight or breed restrictions?" Yes, we require a $100 pet fee for furry friend (dogs only, no cats). If the platform allows you to select that you’re bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. You’ll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking. We have no weight or breed restrictions. Pet fees are due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to one dog during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way. Dogs must be crated when you're not home or if they're unsupervised. "Is there a Keurig machine at the Cabin?" There’s a Keurig and drip coffee machine in each of the two kitches, so 4 coffee machines total (ie, we have 1 Keurig and 1 drip machine). "What kind of grill do you have?" We have a propane grill that you're welcome to use, and we provide the propane. We also have a propane heater for cozy outdoor use and a propane firepit to make magical memories with family and friends on the patio. All propane gas is provided when you arrive at no cost. "Will there be any decorations for Christmas?" Absolutely, we always decorate December through January for the magic :) “What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?” Our minimum age required to book is 24 :) “Do you offer payment plans?” By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the unlikely event that one is available, you will see the option when booking. "How many TVs are in the Cabin?" There are 7 giant high definition 4K TV's (one in each living room + one in each bedroom) along with lightning-fast Wi-Fi throughout the property for on demand entertainment. "What are the roads like? Specifically, are they paved, and can a regular vehicle make it with ease?" The roads are excellent and entirely paved. Any vehicle of any type, big or small, can make it with ease, yes! "Do you offer discounts?" You will get an automatic 10% discount if you book at least 7 nights and 15% discount for monthly stays. "How private is the outdoor area in relation to the neighbors?" It’s quite private, you can’t see any neighbors from the outdoor space. Simply relax and indulge yourself in the beauty of the moment!
