✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire cabin except for the owners closet.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available with ample parking for a large group. Also have an EV charger available for free usage.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? The cabin is suitable for large groups and families. However, please note we do not have baby-proofing measures like baby gates. We do have a pack n’ play available upon request.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home.

✹ PETS: We have a NO-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding. Please note you will be asked to leave if you bring a pet and assessed a $500 excess cleaning fee and any additional special cleaning needed.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ The property is located in a wooded area. Expect to see wildlife, dogs and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.

✹ The pool is serviced frequently for cleanings. The pool cleaning charge is included in the overall cleaning fee.

✹ We provide a starter pack that includes: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a starter supply of bath soap and shampoo, one paper towel roll, dish soap, and two trash bags. Please bring any additional items you may need for your stay

✹We have a well-water at this cabin. (Some guests noticed sulfur smell but mentioned it did not affect their over-all stay)

✹Just a quick heads-up: our neighbor's dogs may occasionally wander over to visit the cabin. They're very friendly and well-behaved, but we wanted to let you know in case you're surprised to see a furry visitor.
