The Paradise Retreat is a modern-rustic getaway, with breathtaking views and unsurpassed tranquility.

The Paradise Retreat comfortably sleeps 12 with memory foam mattresses, high speed WiFi, and smart TV's throughout ( log in and out to enjoy your personal accounts during your stay).

As you walk into the house, you will be greeted with the ever-present views of the Smoky Mountains through your floor to ceiling wall of windows. In the open concept living room you have a stacked stone fireplace with smart TV, and gorgeous vaulted ceilings, adding to the architectural splendor of this one-of-a-kind cabin. Continuing through the home you will enter the kitchen and dining room, which overlook the majestic Smoky Mountains. The fully equipped high end kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and granite counters, which are perfect for cooking any meal you can dream up. Accessible from the kitchen/dinning room/living room is the wrap around deck with seating area, hot tub, and new gas grill. There is no better place on earth to enjoy your morning coffee, or sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset with those you love. Continuing on you will enter the main floor Suite. This Suite boasts two memory foam Queen beds and a full bathroom. Around the corner is the full laundry room, and an additional updated half bath.

As you walk upstairs you will be greeted once again with stunning double mountain views through the open and bright great room windows. Up here you will enter the King suite with a private balcony and seating area. The en suite bathroom has granite counters, a jetted tub over looking the mountains, and a two person shower.

On the ground floor you will find the den with a 75 inch smart screen TV, perfect for watching the big game, Hallmark holiday movies, or cartoons. Around the corner is a wall mural, and the additional memory foam queen pullout couch. Also on this level is an additional King bedroom with a private entrance, as well as a bright and cozy twin bed room which sleeps 2. This floor also has a full bathroom.

GUEST ACCESS

The entire property is yours to enjoy, with a wood burning fire pit that is perfect for s’mores and hanging out. The house is just off of Wears Valley road, but the small private gated circle gives plenty of privacy.

You will have private use of the entire property.

Quick EV charger by the front door for convenient access (equipped with J1772 plug -- Tesla owners should bring their factory provided conversion plug).

Guests have access to a stocked fishing pond and swimming pool (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) , a mere 10-15 minute drive away. Lounge chairs, snacks and bathroom facilities available on site.

Please note that there is an exterior security camera by the front door and lower level sliding door which record audio/video upon motion detection; there are no interior cameras whatsoever.

OTHER DETAILS

● Food/beverages in photos is for staging purposes only, will not be on site upon arrival.

● All linens are provided (sheets, pillows, comforters, towels, hand towels etc)

● Starter set provided of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, paper towel, K-cups, ground coffee, dish washing soap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, and wrapped sponge.

Should you need additional consumables, you will be responsible to purchase them during your stay.

● We do NOT provide plastic bags, aluminum foil, charcoal for the grill, or wood for the fire pit.

● The kitchen is fully equipped (pots/pans/glasses/utensils/small appliances etc).

● We generally have very fast WiFi, but we are in the mountains on satellite internet. At times the speeds can be slow due to inclement weather, or many other factors.

● We are located in the mountains/woods and as such there are wild animals in the area. Please exercise basic caution, do not leave food in vehicles, and lock all doors to vehicles and house at all times.

● We take no responsibility for any action involving any firearms which are expressly prohibited on the premises.

● Our home is located in the mountains and 4 wheel drive is recommended in the snow. The trek uphill is 100% worth it for the view.
