Dogs are welcome! Our cleaners charge a $49 per night pet fee, which covers up to 2 dogs. If you’re bringing a pet, please include them in your reservation when booking so the fee is applied properly. Please review the pet section towards bottom of this description for additional information!

☆ Winter Travel
During winter months, mountain roads can occasionally become snowy or icy. 4WD or AWD is recommended if snow is in the forecast. We do not provide salt or shovels, so please plan accordingly if traveling during winter weather.

☆ Rental Agreement Required
All guests are required to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This is standard for professionally managed properties and helps protect both guests and owners.

☆ Starter Supplies Provided
We provide starter supplies to get your stay going, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, you may want to bring additional supplies.

☆ House Rules
Please review the House Rules section at the bottom of this listing before booking so you’re aware of all property guidelines and any associated fees or penalties.

☆ Wildlife
Bears and other wildlife are common in the Smoky Mountains. Please do not leave food or trash outside or in vehicles.
