Relax in this Smoky Mountain cabin just minutes from Sevierville, Wears Valley, and Townsend. Enjoy a large private hot tub in a peaceful wooded setting—close to it all, yet tucked away enough to truly unwind. Fantastic for the summer as the cabin includes access to the Honeysuckle Meadows pool and is minutes away from several river tubing facilities!

Featured Highlights:
Three levels of deck space for ultimate outdoor living, high-speed internet , and a smart TV in the living room and every bedroom—so you can enjoy all your streaming subscriptions (cable not provided). Challenge your group to cornhole or Uno Attack, or settle in for a cozy night together.

Kitchen:
Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you need. A Keurig and traditional coffee pot are provided for your convenience.

Living Room:
The cozy living room comfortably accommodates your group with a couch, loveseat, and recliner. Enjoy the 75" smart TV and gas fireplace. A record player with assorted records is provided, as well as a karaoke machine for endless entertainment.

Bedrooms:
• 1st floor: Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, closet, attached bathroom with tub/shower
• 2nd floor: King bed, TV, ceiling fan, attached bathroom with tub/shower
• Basement: Two full/twin bunk beds, attached bathroom with tub/shower, and walk-out access to the game room with a pool table and Pac-Man machine

Grill:
The front porch has a propane grill for your BBQ.

Parking:
Spacious flat gravel area for up to six vehicles.

Infants:
A high chair, pack 'n play, booster seat, and sound machine are provided.

Security:
A security camera is located on the front deck facing the driveway for guest safety.

Winter Note:
4WD or AWD is recommended during snowy conditions, as navigating the roads and driveway with snow cover can be challenging.

Wildlife:
Bears are common in the area. Please enjoy them from a distance. Do not feed bears or leave food outdoors (including on the porch or in your car). Bears have been known to open car doors.

House Rules:
This is a non-smoking/vaping cabin. Smoking or vaping inside will result in a $250 fine plus additional cleaning fees.
Children under 18 are not permitted in the hot tub without direct adult supervision. No glass near the hot tub.

Nature Note:
This cabin is surrounded by nature—which is part of its charm. You may occasionally see insects or small critters. We have monthly pest control service, but some pests can still find their way inside. This is normal for wooded areas and not a sign of neglect.

A Personal Touch:
This is our personal family cabin. You’ll be communicating directly with the owners—not a rental agency. We will work hard to make sure you have wonderful memories of the Smoky Mountains!

Other things to note
Pet Information:
We’re happy to welcome your furry family members! We allow up to two dogs with a $150 pet fee, which helps cover the additional cleaning required after your stay.

Our cabin is especially dog-friendly, with a rare flat outdoor space that’s perfect for your pups to enjoy. To keep everything clean and comfortable for all guests, we ask that dog waste in the yard is picked up—poop bags are provided for your convenience. If waste is left behind, a $100 fee will be applied to cover additional cleaning services.

For your pet’s safety and the care of our home, dogs must be kenneled when left unattended. We’ve made this easy by providing both a large and a medium kennel in the cabin, as pets can sometimes act unpredictably in a new environment.

To help preserve our furnishings, dogs are not allowed directly on the leather couch. However, we do provide quilts for you to use if your pup likes to relax on the sofa.
