Located in Pigeon Forge and only 5 miles from The Island and other major attractions is this 4,500 sqft, brand new built, modern-mountain manor sitting on a private piece of land with amazing views of the Smoky Mountains. This 3-story spacious cabin offers every luxury and caters to the discerning traveler seeking a unique and luxurious vacation experience in The Great Smoky Mountains. You will soon notice all the detail throughout this beautiful cabin. The floors are original 100+ year old oak barn wood repurposed from barns across the midwest & southeast and the same barn wood embellishes the walls throughout.
The cabin offers 6 bedrooms with en-suit baths, spectacular views, seclusion, home theater, game room, spacious decks, spacious yard with fire pit, multiple hot tubs, wifi throughout the cabin, smart home automation (Alexa), and is perfect for small groups or as a couples retreat.

This is strictly a NON-pet friendly cabin. No Parties Allowed. Maximum Occupancy 12 Guests ONLY. No Exceptions.

Main Level:
The Main Level features the living room, kitchen, dining room, a guest bath, 2 king master suites and access to the deck with spectacular mountain views.

The living room offers plush over-sized leather couches, a gorgeous stacked stone electric fireplace towering 2 levels high, a wall of glass windows inviting in the mountain views and access to the spacious deck.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen will take your breath away! With double appliances, generous work-space with granite counter tops, seating at the island for 4 and access to the covered patio, this kitchen will be the center of attention for your group.
The spacious dining area provides 2 custom-made, over-sized dining tables with seating for 16 guests.
The half bath is located just off the dining area.

There are 2 master bedroom suites on this level, each featuring a luxurious king bed, an electric fireplace, large flat-screen Smart HDTV and a full on-suite master bathroom with double vanity and custom-tiled shower.
The second master suite has access to a private deck with a 2-person hot tub and beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains.

The covered deck on the main level features 2 outdoor tables with seating for 12 and a large outdoor HDTV. There is also additional seating on the wraparound deck space where guests can relax and enjoy the magnificent views.

Upper Level:
The Upper Level features a loft area with games, 2 master bedrooms, a grand view of the mountains through the upper wall-of-glass windows, a view down to the level below and access to the upper deck.

As you come up the stairs from the main level, you walk into the open loft area featuring a game area with a pool table, table-top arcade game, a comfortable recliner couch and 2 large flat-screen Smart HDTVs.

There are 2 master bedroom suites on this level, each featuring a luxurious king bed, an electric fireplace, large flat-screen Smart HDTV and a full on-suite master bathroom with double vanity and custom-tiled shower.
The second master suite has access to a private deck with a 2-person hot tub and beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains.

The covered deck on this level features comfortable patio seating, a table with chairs, a large outdoor HDTV, a foosball table and even better views of the mountains.

Lower Level:
The Lower Level of this cabin is designed for mostly fun! This is where you will find the Game Room, Home Theater, 2 bedrooms and 7-person hot tub on the deck.

The game room offers multiple arcade games, including video pinball, lawn games and a multi-cade system.
There is also a Nintendo Switch gaming area with Mario Cart and 20+ games.

The Home Theater features state-of-the-art digital cinema technology with a large screen and surround sound that will blow your mind. Relax in one of the plush leather reclining seats and enjoy your favorite movies like never before.

There are 2 bedrooms on this level. The 1st bedroom features a a luxurious king bed, an electric fireplace, large flat-screen Smart HDTV and a full on-suite master bathroom with double vanity and custom-tiled shower.
The 2nd bedroom (bunk-room) offers a bunkbed with full size mattresses, a large flat-screen Smart HDTV and access to the shared Jack 'n Jill full bathroom with double vanity and soaker tub/shower combo.

The laundry closet is located on this level for your convenience.

The deck on this level features a soothing 7-person hot tub where you can rejuvenate body and soul while enjoying the incredible view.

Step outside into the spacious, secluded backyard area with outdoor fire pit, outdoor kitchen/grilling area, picnic tables, corn-hole game and more...
