Located just a 4 minute walk to the lake and 25 minutes from downtown Sevierville this property combines the best of peaceful mountain living with convenient access to local attractions. What a perfect blend allowing you and your guests a location that offers direct access to all the water fun, jet skiing, boating, fishing and more, yet still less than a half hour from Dollywood and all the activities available in the Smoky Mountain area.
Want to bring your own boat with you?... sure thing. Enjoy the easy access trailer parking available right next to the community boat launch. Kids prefer to swim in a pool?...no problem. The private community outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Want to have a family get together?...it's easy to coordinate. The community club house is available to rent for a nominal fee with a full kitchen and restrooms for festive entertaining.
The cabin itself offers a secluded, spacious and pet friendly escape featuring a warm and cozy open concept living room with all new sofa, loveseat, swivel arm chairs, gas fireplace, WIFI and smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials needed for a home cooked meal including a coffee bar and a popcorn station. The loft has a twin/full bunk bed and sleeper futon with patio doors leading to a sitting deck. There is a smart TV, 516 game cocktail arcade table and board games including Catan, Blank Slate, Monopoly, Scrabble and more for family game night.
The two master bedrooms have a king and queen bed, smart tv's and boho style full bathrooms with shower and tub. The main level wrap around deck has a private hot tub, gas grill, dining table, water fountain, rocking chair and swing set overlooking a small stream with beautiful forest views. Head on down to "The Sanctuary" on the lower level and you'll find a speakeasy style game room equipped with pool, ping pong and foosball tables, dart board, poker set and large screen TV. Mix a couple of cocktails or have a cold beer while listening to some classic country on your vintage style record player. Check out the cool license plate and photo collection from "Popcorn Sutton" to "The Man in Black" and other legends of a by gone era. Also featuring a wrap around deck with a full patio furniture set and sauna, you'll enjoy the serenity and tranquility of the mountains. The "Serenity Now" cabin comes complete with linens, towels, Keurig 2 in 1 coffee maker, milk frother, coffee, tea, non-dairy creamer, sugar & spices, pantry items, garbage bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper & more to get your stay started. LOCATION

With less than a mile to the lake, the resort boat launch & docks including complimentary boat parking at the dock for 1 hour, bring your boat & fishing poles & enjoy beautiful Douglas Lake! Resort also includes a seasonal outdoor swimming pool which is open from Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend.
You will be just a short drive to all the attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Some attractions include Soaky Mountain Water Park, Dollywood, Splash Country, Anakeesta, Sky Bridge, Dig n' Zone as well as lots of museums like Titanic, Wonderworks, Ripley's and many more! It is close enough to all the attractions yet far enough from all the hustle and bustle to experience some inner peace and "Serenity Now" time.
If you love hiking there are plenty of trails to enjoy in the Smoky Mountains National Park.
If you love cold weather activities come stay in the winter months for skiing, snow boarding & tubing. In the off season the pool is closed, and the lake is lowered, but so are the rates providing a very affordable family getaway to enjoy a Great Smoky Mountains vacation at any time of year.
