Blending luxury lakehouse and cozy cabin this space has been updated throughout. Perfectly designed for stunning lake view and mountain views that are instantly create that relaxing feeling. Spend the day on the water fishing off the dock, out boating, or using 1 of our kayaks for a paddle. Sit, relax, and take in the views while enjoying the spacious covered decks featuring cozy seating and a hot tub with views! Create memories over games with a huge basement gathering space loaded entertainment. Let the kids play in our newly added gameroom and bunkroom or relax in the theater. In the evening enjoy a cook-out over the lake and enjoy the outdoors in style with a large dining table, bar area and cozy seating all overlooking the sunrises and sunsets that will make your jaw drop!

Lakehouse Tour:
The main floor features a spacious kitchen and dining space with seating for 12. Make dinner looking over the mountain and lake! A well-equipped kitchen walks out to the top deck with the outdoor 10-seater dining table, BBQ, and cozy seating to relax. It features 3 bedrooms. The first is truly a master suite with a king bed looking over the lake, with en-suite bathroom and walk out to the upper deck. A second bedroom has a king bed. The 3rd bedroom is a large combo arcade and hangout space and bunk room with four XL twin beds. A 2nd bathroom with tub/shower combo accessible from the hallway completes this floor.

Downstairs you have a huge hangout space with wet bar, games and and a HUGE gathering space for the group with a large cozy couch, pool table, foosball and shuffleboard. Perfect for those evening hangouts after a day on the lake or at the attractions. The lower deck walks out to the hot tub, cozy seating under the string lights and access to the backyard. Perfect for watching the sunset. A large king bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the living room) also reside on this floor. The 5th bedroom with queen bed also is located on this floor.

Outdoor space might be the true star of the show. A huge backyard, with a gental slope towards the lake, a true treat on this lake making the lake just that much more inviting. A beautiful firepit with adirondack chairs where you can just unwind and take the view in. A spacious dock to tie up the boat, relax by the lake or get adventurous and take the kayaks out for a spin.

Our home is ideally located far enough to be away from the crowds but near 40 and Exit 407-Sevierville, leaving a short drive to all the attractions of the smokies (Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Smokey Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge). But with all the amenities available, you may not want to leave!

☀Is this property handicap accessible?
➜ This property is not ADA compliant. There is 1 steps required to enter the property. However, there are two bedrooms & a 2 bathrooms located on the main level.

☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?
➜ No, no and absolutely not! We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!

➜ For coffee lovers: the home has a traditional drip coffee maker with filters in the drawer right below, 2 Keurig’s (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a French press☕️

☀ Where can I rent a boat?
Several locations to rent paddleboards and other various boats and jet skis are nearby. The closest is Mountain Cove Marina, just down the street from home.

☀ Can I dock my boat at the house?
If you would like to bring your own boat, there are several places it can be put in the water within 10 minutes of the home, and can be secured to our dock for the entirety of your stay.

☀ Is there good fishing nearby?
Yes! Douglas lake has almost 600 miles of shoreline and is rated one of the best bass fishing lakes in the Country.

Important Notes:
~The lake lowers in the Winter months, it varies due to precipitation and according to the TVA controls. Dock is typically floating April - Start of Oct. Water typically begins filling in March in our cove. However this is TVA controlled and we cannot make promises on water levels. Check the TVA site for current and expected conditions by time of year (or reachout we are happy to help!)

Our close cabin is immersed in nature which most love! However, this means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view. We contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given our wooded location, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this.
