It sleeps 8 across three private bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa and includes two full bathrooms for easy morning routines. Gather in the comfortable living area, challenge the crew to a game of pool or foosball in the game room, and stay connected with WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace.



Head outside to the backyard for evenings around the fire pit, or fire up the BBQ grill for a casual cookout. A washer and dryer in the home keep packing simple, and cable-equipped smart TVs in all bedrooms make winding down easy.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ remote, mountainous location, WiFi and cell service in the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: The heart of Sevierville is just over 20 minutes away, Dollywood is about a 30-minute drive, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is roughly 40 minutes away.
