The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly cabin designed for easy gatherings and relaxing downtime. With 4 private bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and two additional sleeper sofas, the home works well for multi-generational families and groups traveling together.

Unwind in the main living area after a day of exploring, or enjoy the seasonal gas fireplace (October–March). A game room with foosball invites friendly competition, and multiple bedrooms open to the deck for fresh mountain air. Outside, fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy the garden/backyard space, then cap the evening with a soak in the private hot tub. Smart TVs in each bedroom and WiFi add convenience, and an in-home washer and dryer keeps gear fresh between adventures.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)

• Bedroom 1: King bed, smart TV, deck access; ensuite bathroom with single vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, smart TV; ensuite bathroom with single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, smart TV, deck access, pedestal sink; shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4 (tub/shower combo).

• Bedroom 4: Queen bed, smart TV, deck access, pedestal sink; shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3 (tub/shower combo).

• Additional Sleeping: Full-size sleeper sofa in the living room; an additional sofa sleeper upstairs.

• Half Bathroom: One additional half bath for added convenience.



Important Things to Note

• Washer and dryer are in the home.

• Fireplace: The gas fireplace is available seasonally from October–March only.

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking is directly in front of the property in the pull-off. The private driveway is paved and located on the side of the property.

• Stairs: The home has stairs; please see photos if mobility is a concern.

• WiFi/Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty in the area.

• Security: One exterior camera is mounted above the front door and actively monitors the home’s entrance only.

• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

• Distances: About 6 miles to Pigeon Forge, 9 miles to Dollywood, 13 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, and 15 miles to Townsend (additional national park access, shops, dining, and river tubing).
