Private! Hard to find in the crowded subdivisions this chalet is situated at the center of the lot with trees on the left, right, and rear. Street side windows are obscured for additional peace of mind. Tesla Wall Charger on site for guest use (bring an adapter if using a non-Tesla EV).

Main level bedroom is spacious with high ceilings, plenty of glass, and its own stone stacked to the sky fireplace. En-suite bathroom with a walk in tile shower with dual heads, large double vanity, full closet for guest use, and a toilet closet for additional privacy.

Architectural highlights include sky high cathedral ceilings, mountain modern fit and finish, open game loft, open kitchen, and walls of glass on every floor to ensure you and your loved one enjoy the breathtaking National Park and Wears Valley views! Unwind in the Cozzia 4D Qi Massage Chair that works from your neck to calves. Lounge outdoors on the 3 levels of decks with raised swivel chairs / table and low love seat and fire pit on the main deck, relaxing rockers on the top deck, and the duo of hanging swing chairs on the lower deck. 2 stacked stone fireplaces in the living room and bedroom round out the ambiance and help you set the mood.

Take a dip in the 14’ x 18’ heated indoor saltwater pool. Turn the pool room into an indoor/ outdoor space by opening the garage door (warm weather times only) out onto the lower deck giving easy access to the hanging swing chairs and hot tub. Enjoy the Master Spas TS240 hot tub with over 26 massage jets offering hydrotherapy and relaxation after a long day in the mountains!

The game room is an open loft overlooking the living room and features plenty of couple friendly games including Silver Strike Bowling Arcade (bowling, lawn darts, corn hole, and putt putt), skee ball, and a cocktail style arcade with 60+ classic games! We also stock the home with a selection of board games.

Conveniently located in the heart of Wears Valley, High Expectations sits at an elevation of 2,329 ft and offers easy access to Pigeon Forge (20 min), Gatlinburg (30 min), Great Smoky Mountain National Park via Line Springs Rd (10 min), Wears Valley (10 min) and Townsend (20 min). We love having access to the family friendly fun of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while also being able to head over to Townsend for a more low key and upscale experience with the National Park in between for all to enjoy! Wears Valley is a small quaint community just outside Pigeon Forge and Townsend. It has plenty of craft shops, coffee houses, small restaurants and more just minutes from the property. We live in the area and hold our properties to a high standard and are always willing to make recommendations on where to go and what to do!
