Guests are welcome to enjoy the hot tub during their stay. Please use responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fee. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, away from entryways.

Check-In & Check-Out
Please adhere to the posted check-in and check-out times to allow proper preparation for each guest. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Unauthorized late departures may incur fees: $50 for the first hour and $100 for each additional 30 minutes.

Security
An exterior security camera monitors the driveway for safety purposes only. There are no interior cameras or cameras facing private living areas.

Rental Agreement
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in, which includes house rules and liability terms. A valid ID and credit card are also required to complete the booking process. These measures are in place to prevent fraudulent reservations. A secure link will be provided after booking. Guests may cancel within 24 hours if they are not comfortable with these requirements (excluding same-day bookings).
