This 1 bedroom, 950 square foot cabin that sleeps 4 guests is only a few minutes from the Parkway and all the outlet shopping, shows and fun in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. The location is easy to get to: just turn off the parkway and head west. In less than 2 miles, you’re at the cabin! No steep winding roads and plenty of easy parking.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or taking the kids to the Smokies for their first adventure, Bear Down Bound is the little cabin that lives BIG! Everyone can have fun—from waking up to morning coffee on the quiet deck to making s’mores at the campfire after a full day of exploring. The loft has a queen bed plus two recliners, Smart TV and video game table. A great space for kids to play or adults to stretch out and watch a favorite show. There’s a nice big ceiling fan, too, to keep you comfortable and the air moving.

On the main floor, there’s a king bedroom with a jetted tub, 55” Smart TV, and another ceiling fan. The bathroom with a shower is right around the corner.

The living area is anchored by a huge gas fireplace (turned on from mid October to mid April). The living and dining furniture is all new for fall 2024. Solid wood tables, comfy pillows and throw blankets invite you to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. Or just have snacks and a drink by the fire. It’s all about taking time for yourself and those you love.
