There were broken boards in kitchen along cabinet, my husband is a big pool player and he could not use it as the pool table was damaged, the game upstairs didnt work (screen didnt light up), there were a ton of died bugs in the bathroom light, others toothpaste speckled the walls and pictures in bathrooms, front and bedroom door is horribly squeaky (thought about grabbing WD40), the couch and porch chairs where extremely uncomfortable.However, communicate was awesome, view was amazing, bedding and beds very comfortable, love that there is a coffee maker/DW even though we only cooked pizzas (no pizza pans that we saw so that was fun lol), the decor was cozy and inviting. Hot tub was great after a day of driving or walking. All in all we would stay again.

Exactly as pictured, nice and cozy for 2 adults and 3 kids. Probably would have been harder with more due to the amount of furniture in kitchen and living room. We loved the hot tub and the wrap around porch. Was the best price for size in the area. Would stay again overall

PJ was excellent. Very responsive. We stayed during off season so I realize little things happen. He did everything to ensure our stay was great! Cabin was clean and cozy! Highly recommend.

We had a really disappointing experience with this VRBO host. We understood going into it that the booking was non-refundable, and we weren’t asking for our money back. Because of the severe ice storm, we simply asked if we could rebook for a different date expecting to lose atleast half of our payment.Instead of any flexibility or concern for safety, we were told to just “bring candles and blankets” because he had no precautions in place for the storm. Roads were dangerous, power outages were expected, and traveling there would have been unsafe. I completely understand policies, but basic empathy and safety should matter too. A host should at least attempt to help guests find a reasonable solution during hazardous weather 
 not encourage them to come anyway without heat or preparation. Unfortunately, this left us out a lot of money and feeling like our safety wasn’t taken seriously. I would be very cautious booking here, especially during winter weather. Will never book with this host again and will never risk booking in the winter again.

We had a great stay at this cabin in Sevierville! The location was perfect—up a little bit of a hill, but not too bad to drive. The weather was beautiful, and the cabin had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and cookware to a relaxing hot tub. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a peaceful, easy-to-access spot with everything for a great getaway. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The cabin wasn’t too far off of everything we might need, but remote enough for us to be able to rest and enjoy the beauty of the Smokies. We loved the porch with the grill and the hot tub. Our kids (4 and 5) were sad to leave and asked that next time we stay a couple more nights. Communication with PJ was on top.

Our stay at the cabin was awesome! It was everything we had expected, and more. Very clean, comfortable, warm and inviting. The hot tub on the porch was an added plus! PJ was a great host, very responsive friendly. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful retreat in the mountains!!

We had a great stay! Our GPS took us directly to the cabin and the check-in process was simple. We really enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub, pool table, Netflix, and extra cozy blankets. We had a beautiful view of the sunset while we grilled steaks on the back porch. The cabin was neat and tidy, and the bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries.

Hot tub not working properly, set at 95, was 108. Bed in one bedroom broken. Video game not working. Dryer not working. PJ seems like a nice guy, but had to ask for check in code at 4:07. We were really tired after traveling and would have been nice to check in on time or even 15 min early. This is trivial but pictures show baskets full of k- cups but not one kcup. A few would have been nice since far from stores. We always replace what we use. Otherwise cabin itself was nice.
