An incredible vacation awaits you and your entire crew, tucked away with world-class views of Mt. LeConte in the Smoky Mountains. Boasting a private waterfall pool, hot tub, loaded game room, and sprawling mountain view decks, plus a wrap-around porch. The younger set will love the queen-sized bunk beds (that s 4 queens total!) and cozy kids nook with bean bag chairs and books. Gather everyone to the theater room to pop popcorn and watch movies on the big screen in plush recliners for 8. Get luxurious rest in the master with fireplace and walkout deck in the treetops. ** Big Bear Lodge got a facelift which included adding a new Hot Tub, Laundry Room, new deck and kitchen upgrades! The Big Bear Lodge is also an epic location for reunions and special events. Ask us how!

Please note: This property comfortably accommodates 14 guests with traditional beds. Additionally, there are 2 bean bags that convert into full-size beds, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 16.

The cabin was amazing, a beautiful location with an excellent layout for the entire family. The kitchen was excellent for preparing most of our meals and was an excellent place to relax. We enjoyed the theatre and hot tub. We can’t wait to return next year!

We greatly enjoyed our time here. The cabin was fantastic, great beds and cozy vibes. Loved the steam shower! The movie theater room was great and enjoyed every night. Beautiful back deck for coffee and views. We will definitely reconsider for our next annual trip to the Smoky Mountains!

What an amazing property! Stunning views.. The cabin location was far enough away from all the traffic, noise and craziness that we all go to Pigeon Forge for, but close enough to go into town for the restaurants and attractions. The cabin is beautifully decorated with plenty of things to do inside for everyone. We loved and enjoyed the pool every day after we did our excursions in town. We would definitely stay here again. Jeremy the property manager was very helpful and very quick to respond with any questions we had. We celebrated our daughters sweet 16th birthday here and she has already asked when we can go back!

Good Cabin for family but had potential to be much better taken care of

Good, but arrived to a cabin with severe overgrowth of plants around cabin, growing up through the porch. Grass and weeds were terrible. Had not been tended to in a while. But the good thing is as soon as I sent a complaint, they sent someone out to cut grass. Wasp on porches so we couldn’t sit out on front or back patio to long. If you have someone staying upstairs on 3rd floor, be prepared for it to be about 78-80 degrees during daylight hours. It takes a while to cool. I feel like the house is due for an inspection for all the small things that could be fixed, but otherwise we had a nice time. The pool was perfect for our family. The movie room was really nice!

Great mountain top experience !

Great property - we enjoyed the pool daily along with theater room, and views. Kitchen was great for meals with family. We had a big group and plenty of space to spread out. Near all the attractions we wanted to go to.

Breathtaking views

This was one of my family’s favorite places we have stayed. I have 5 kids from age 8 to 18 and it is always hard to please each stage of life. This place did it. It was clean, fun, and peaceful. Already looking on the calendar for next time we can make the trip and stay again.

Very beautiful home! Enjoyed the entire stay with the amazing views the house provided! Plenty of room for our 14 family members. Overall an amazing stay! If I were to nitpick some things would be lots of dead bugs in the house, dusty environment, and the grass was pretty tall.

Will Probably Be Back Again!

This was an amazing place stay for my group as we were looking for a place that provided us with plenty of space to spread out, but also areas that we could all hang out together. We had planned on doing a lot of sightseeing and touristy things in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas, so this location was great - there were numerous ways to get to and from the property and plenty of parking. The way the pool area is set up, you could definitely host a celebration like a wedding or birthday and have plenty of room for guests to mill about. Many of the decks are screened in which was wonderful this time of year and provided a safe haven for morning coffee out on the deck and late night star gazing. Jeremy (the host) was extremely pleasant to speak with through the website and via text message, and made our stay a breeze. The only 'con' I can think of is that the grass was a bit tall and there were several light bulbs burnt out, but those types of items didn't impact our stay or make it any less relaxing. Beautiful cabin! Would highly recommend!

Amazing!

The cabin was beautiful and clean. Checking in & out was smooth & easy process. Property management team was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Also super polite. The view from the porch was amazing. Everything was clean & well maintained. The kids loved the pool, movie theater, games, and overall atmosphere of the property. Had a great time & lots of memories made with our family! Can't wait to go back!

Jeremy’s cabin was fantastic! We stayed with a group of friends and enjoyed all the amenities the property had to offer. The pool and hot tub were great and the theater room was awesome. Beautiful views too! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent until the Power Outage

Overall, this property is well-maintained and clean. As advertised, this property offers a range of amenities great for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. However, during our stay, there was a power outage due to a typical summer thunderstorm and unfortunately the property did not have a backup generator. This caused some inconvenience as we were without power for 12 hours and no communication with the property manager or owner. It would be beneficial for property management to consider installing a backup generator to prevent such issues in the future.

Beautiful Vacation Home!

This property is beautiful and very clean! The mountain view from the house and the pool is great too! Some suggestions would be to have a few more supplies in the house, such as pot holders, more silverware in the kitchen, and tissues in the bathroom. The hot tub, and theater sound system/blu-ray set up was not working properly when we arrived, but Jeremy promptly had maintenance come and fix it. This house would also be a beautiful stay in the Fall/Winter. It offers privacy in the mountains but close drive to tourist activities in Seifverville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. blueray sound system

Family vacation

We just returned from our stay at this beautiful vacation rental and I can honestly say it was the perfect getaway! The property was even more stunning in person than the photos suggested. The location was ideal - close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was spotless. The owners had clearly put a lot of thought into decorating and equipping the space to make it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!

The Pool Was the Highlight

Jeremy was a pleasure to work with: super responsive, patient with all of our questions, provided helpful sightseeing/restaurant information before our arrival. After we arrived, Joy was our contact, & she was just that: an absolute joy to work with. There were some things that needed attention during our stay & she took care of everything immediately & to our satisfaction. She was professional & friendly in her responses. She was so helpful that I wish I could have met her in person. This is a lovely property, but lacking in upkeep, especially outside. There are lots of tiles missing in the pool, and the waterfall area is overgrown with weeds. There is a large crack in the concrete that runs the length of the pool area & looks like it is sinking away from the outer edge. The grass was extremely high when we arrived. Someone did show up to cut it, but left behind all the grass that should have been raked/bagged. The landscaping was overgrown & rocks that were previously a landscaping border were knocked over & laying in the grass. Most caps to the lights on the fence posts were missing, some laying in the grass. The porch entry was filthy & covered with bird droppings. There were what looked to be live wires sticking out of the wall where a doorbell used to be. The wrap-around deck was dirty/covered with sawdust from carpenter bees, weeds growing up on it from below. Carpet inside is dirty/stained and needs replaced. Otherwise we enjoyed the property, especially the pool.
