SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The following sleeping arrangement will sleep up-to 24 people (Adults and Kids). Please read carefully and please don’t hesitate to reach me if you have any questions. Only one main bed per bedroom except for bunk rooms where there are 4 queen beds. Each additional bed that is described in the rooms is either an air mattress or a foldaway bed. Guests will need to set those up as needed.

There are additional beds in rooms and these beds are either a fold away bed or an inflatable. Setup of the extra beds is up to the guests.

- The cabin is equipped with an Exterior security camera for Guest Safety and cabin security.


PET FEES:
Pet fee is $250 flat fee for up to 2 pets. Additional pets will require an additional fee. Guest must bring their own pet bed, cage, food and water bowls. Guest must disclose breed, size and weight of pet prior to booking. Pets must be on a leash outside and guest must cleanup after their pets.
Maximum Weight Per Pet is 35 lbs

- 4x4 may be required during different seasons in the mountains

- 1 EV Tesla Level 2 Charger free for guest STAYING at the cabin
Travelers Insurance is highly recommended

Guest access
Guest will be sent a digital code by text or email on the day of check-in. To unlock the door enter the code and the door will unlock. To lock just push the lock button on the keypad.

Other things to note
The primary renter must be a minimum age of 25 years or older to rent this cabin and must be present during the stay.

Out of Respect for the Holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow any Check-In or Check-Outs on 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day!
