Also, complete with mini fridge and ice maker. Sit back and enjoy a game on TV. Plenty of room to sleep 4 in the game room (pull out sofa and twin/twin bunkbed) with full private bathroom. Two Primary bedrooms on main level with king size beds and full bath attached to each. Don't miss the upstairs bedrooms! Complete with king beds and full baths as well. One of the upstairs rooms also comes with built-in queen/queen bunkbeds too (easily sleeps 6 in one room). All Bedrooms are suites with their own private baths. Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom.

Depending on when you book your stay, there is currently an outdoor waterpark being developed. This is a one of a kind neighborhood being developed!!
Outdoor waterpark anticipated to be completed in spring 2025 (per builder, dates are subject to change). It will include, outdoor pool, lazy river, large outdoor hot tub, outdoor picnic areas, outdoor movies and more! This is at no cost to you!

Smart lock system: You will be provided with access code prior to stay. For security, there are exterior cameras on the home (front porch) that do record audio/video during motion. There are no cameras inside the home.
Starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper. There is a fire pit, but guests are responsible for providing propane if wanting to use. There is a tank available for you to use/refill.
