The Charmed Cabin is a cozy two-story log cabin located in the Hidden Springs Resort close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains! Enjoy the cabin’s two balconies, new hot tub & community heated indoor pool.

***All bedrooms are tight around the edges & do not have closets—luggage racks are provided.

Infants and children are welcomed, but please keep in mind that our cabin is not child-proofed.

🔸Internet: High speed Wi-Fi with download speeds up to 600 Mbps throughout the cabin.

🔸TV: Roku TVs are available in the living room & all bedrooms. Guests can use their own accounts for other streaming subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

🔸Kitchen: Well-equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffeemaker, plates, cups, utensils & other kitchen supplies. Bring your own food, drinks, etc.

*A starter supplies pack is provided (paper towels, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen trashcan liners, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner & bathroom trashcan liners). You may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

🔸Laundry: Washer & dryer, iron & ironing board

🔸Hot Tub: The hot tub is surely a feature to enjoy! Our hot tub is cleaned between all guest stays. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. *Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

🔸Charcoal BBQ grill: Available for guests to use. Guests need to provide your own charcoal.

🔸Community indoor heated swimming pool: Accessible 10 AM-10 PM! Please note that the availability of the pool is beyond our control & we cannot guarantee it’ll be open during your stay. ***Community Pool is closed in January & hFebruary for maintenance.

🔸Security/Health & Safety: There are 2 exterior cameras: Ring doorbell camera at front door and Ring floodlight both capturing front of cabin with active video & audio recording 24/7. NO indoor cameras. A fire extinguisher & first aid kit are located below the kitchen sink. Additional fire extinguishers and fire escape ladders are located in both upstairs restrooms. Smoke alarm/carbon dioxide detectors throughout the cabin and in every bedroom.

🔸Roads/Private Parking
Mountain roads can be steep, windy, and/or bumpy. The roads leading to the cabin are paved & the parking area is gravel/dirt. Parking is available for 2-3 vehicles directly in front of the cabin. Vehicles with AWD/4WD are strongly recommended.

-Number of guests must match count on reservation

*This cabin is located where bugs, insects, critters & other animals including bears are present. Please be mindful and clean up any food that can attract these animals. Don’t forget to remove any food and lock your vehicle’s doors, too!

Although not required, we highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance in case of family emergencies, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, snow/ice, COVID restrictions, travel restrictions, etc.
