Welcome to Smoky Peak Inn, where cabin charm, luxury, and amazing mountain views unite! Our newly built 3 BDRM/2.5 BATH luxury lodge (sleeps 9) is nestled on top of a peak with amazing views of the Smokies. Enjoy your evenings relaxing by the outdoor fire pit, soaking in the private hot tub, or taking in the gorgeous mountain views. With a separate living space and a loft game room with a pool table and arcade, our lodge was designed for family fun! Hurry - memories are waiting to be made!

 GENERAL AMENITIES

Complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, free WiFi, air conditioning, central heat, full size washer and dryer. Note that we have satellite internet which is fine for browsing and email but not so good for gaming or streaming.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

What a beautiful cabin to stay at. House was very spacious and had lots of room for the 5 of us. It has great views from the deck and the hot tub was a great way to relax at night. I would recommend staying here when you are in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Justin was a great host!

My family of 5 stayed at this lovely home the week of July 20 for a family vacation. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and dining area for breakfast each morning. This property was as advertised. It had everything we could want for our family of seven. Quiet Escape

Upon arrival at the cabin, we were very impressed. The home was clean, the views were stunning, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Shortly after we got there, I noticed a number of wasps in the bushes. I reached out to the host, who responded promptly and had someone come out on Sunday to spray the area, which helped us feel much more at ease—especially with young children.The main issue during our stay was with the second bathroom upstairs. Despite following the posted instructions to keep water within the shower area, it still leaked significantly into the lower-level master bedroom. There were visible signs of prior water damage on the ceiling, indicating that this may have been an ongoing issue. I notified the host, who mentioned that someone would be sent out to assess the problem. Although we allowed access to the cabin while we were out, we later received a message stating that they were still deciding whether repairs were needed. In the meantime, we were advised not to use the upstairs bathroom.As a family of five, we specifically chose this property because it offered enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. With our active schedule, including daily hikes and outdoor activities, the lack of a second functioning bathroom made the evenings somewhat challenging as we coordinated showers for everyone.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s responsiveness, but the plumbing issue did impact our experience.

Disappointed

Our reservation was cancelled by an email we did not see the day of check in at the cabin. The owner had already given us the code to get in the cabin within 6 hours of arriving to the cabin. Upon arriving to the cabin we noticed the kitchen sink was broken, so I took pictures and emailed it to the owner while my family moved in and unpacked EVERYTHING. A little later I received an email stating our reservation was cancelled in an email after having received the code to get into the cabin. I had not checked my email since we already had all the info we needed to move in. Next I was called by the owner’s assistant who told me that the owner had called her and asked her to call me. I asked her what information the owner had of mine. She told me he had my name, phone number, and email. A phone call instead of an email would’ve been MUCH better than an email to notify me of a cancellation within hours of check in. I was told we had to leave that night. We had to pack up all of our things and go find another place that night.

Amazing Property

The cabin is gorgeous and in great condition. The property was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, all with a nice luxurious finish. Internet connection was perfect as well, our group was able to stream music, movies and even play video games online. Overall this was the nicest rental property I have stayed at through vrbo.

Just a relaxing vacation

We loved this cabin!! Super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were cabins nearby but nothing close enough to bother us. The hot tub was amazing and we managed to use it quite often. This was just what we needed to wind down from all the stressors of life. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much!!
