This 3,600 sqft, spacious 3-story, 5 bedroom, 6 bath cabin sleeps up to 20 and features a private heated indoor pool, game room, home theater, Wifi, hot tub, fire pit, parking for 6 vehicles, PLUS free access to the resort’s exclusive waterpark! The cabin is located in the prestigious Smith Creek Reserve Resort. Guests will have exclusive and free access to the on-site Rambling River Waterpark featuring premium amenities, including an infinity pool, lazy river, outdoor lawn movie theatre, putting green, loungers and a life-size billiard game. As night falls, the waterpark becomes a captivating destination for entertainment featuring fire pits, dining areas, and complete park illumination that will keep the excitement alive after dark.

Guests have exclusive and free access to the The Rambling River Waterpark, officially open as of Friday, March 14, 2025!
- Guests will have the opportunity to meet our mascots, “Dubby” and “Ellie”, who rambled down the mountain paths and have made their home at Rambling River Waterpark!

THE CABIN:

Main Level:
The entry level features the living room, kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and access to the covered deck.
The living room features high-end comfortable furniture , a modern electric fireplace, HDTV and access to the deck.
The gourmet kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and all the cookware and tableware necessary to create that perfect family meal. There is seating for 5 at the kitchen island and another 2 stools at the side bar counter. The dining area offers a large table with seating for 10.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. The 1st bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV and a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom with tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed, a futon, HDTV and a private full bath with tub/shower.

A charcoal grill is located just off the front porch.

Step out onto the covered back deck and relax in one of the rockers while enjoying the partial mountain view.

Upper Level:
The upper level features a game room, including bunk beds, 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths and access to a patio with a swing.
The game room features a shuffle board game, cocktail arcade game, upright arcade game, Foosball, NERF Battle station, PS5, large HDTV, a compact bar (with fridge, ice-maker, microwave and coffee maker), a lounge area with comfortable seating, including a queen sofa sleeper and a built-in twin-over-twin bunk.
There is a full shared bathroom with walk-in shower just off the game room.
The 1st bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV and a private full bath with tiled walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom features a king bed, queen-over-queen bunk, HDTV and a private full bath with tiled walk-in shower.

Step out onto the private balcony and relax in the comfortable swing.

Lower Level:
The lower level features a theater room, 1 bedroom, a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with shower, a laundry closet with washer/dryer, an indoor heated pool and access to a large deck with hot tub and gas fire pit.
The theater room offers comfortable leather recliner-seating, a large HDTV, surround sound and a mini-bar with fridge and microwave.
The bedroom on this level features a queen bed, HDTV and shares the full bath with tiled walk-in shower. The washer/dryer is located in the shared bathroom.

The spacious pool room offers a heated pool and patio seating.
From the pool room, step out onto the spacious lower deck, relax in the soothing hot tub or gather with friends around the gas fire pit. Enjoy the comfortable patio seating and string lights creating a relaxing atmosphere.
