Smoky's Bunkhouse is approximately 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 15 minutes to Wears Valley.

Newly renovated secluded cabin with amazing views! This delightful 4 bedroom, 3 bath cabin with sleeping capacity of 12 is the perfect family destination for your next Smoky Mountain getaway. Step inside and you are greeted by total warmth and comfort with soothing natural wood tones & all of the comforts of home. Guests will enjoy our hot tub, high speed internet, flat screen TVs, & washer/dryer. This magical escape is just mins away from Pigeon Forge. A real gem!

The main level of Smoky's Bunkhouse provides you with a wonderful living room with large windows and deck to fully enjoy the view, brand new couch, loveseat, and TV.

Adjoining the living room is the fully equipped newly renovated kitchen and dining area where you can prepare, cook and serve your favorite meals, all from the comforts of your log cabin getaway in Sevierville. In the warmer months enjoy outdoor dining on the picnic table or just lounge in the log Adirondack chairs while enjoying the views.

On the main level of this cabin are two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms for you to enjoy.

Located on the lower level of this beautiful cabin rental is a spacious game room with a pool table, multicade, fireplace, and TV. The back room offers two bunk beds and a futon, plus an air hockey table and TV. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level, plus the laundry room.

The upper floor at Smoky's Bunkhouse is entirely dedicated to the third luxurious bedroom that features a king bed, log rocking chair, and new TV.

Smoky's Bunkhouse offers complimentary high speed WiFi, so unfortunately you will still be able to work ;).

Other Things to Note:
The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters, please do not interact with any wildlife.

-Maximum 2 Dogs are allowed with pet fee.
-Bears are dangerous

-The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.

We do NOT offer refunds for power outage, weather, natural disasters, or other things beyond our control.

-Toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are not provided

Dogs (2 maximum) are allowed with a pet fee of $75 (includes 2 pets). But, if you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 per pet and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires inside or out! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

There is absolutely no smoking inside the cabin. An additional $200 fee will be charged for smoking that will go to additional cleaning.

There are cameras in place for your protection, if you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property. This is for your protection.

Interaction with Guests:
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin! We are real people with real jobs just like you!
