No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Lost & Found Policy: Any items left behind after checkout that guests would like returned will be subject to a $50 non-refundable handling fee, in addition to all applicable shipping and packaging costs. This fee helps cover the time and coordination involved in locating, storing, packaging, and arranging shipment of forgotten items. Payment must be received prior to shipment.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Accessibility
This is a three-story cabin that requires the use of exterior stairs to enter on the third floor. This level includes a bedroom and a full bathroom. An interior staircase is required to access the kitchen and living room located on the second floor.

Shared Property
There are two additional vacation rentals on-site in completely separate next-door units. These units may be booked by other travelers during your stay.

Road Access & Vehicle Requirements
The property is accessed via a one-mile gravel road that is regularly maintained. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months and whenever snow is present. It is also recommended for guests who are not accustomed to mountain driving. Compact vehicles and sports cars are not suitable for this road.

Exterior Security Cameras
For guest safety, the property is equipped with one exterior security camera located at the front of the home, overlooking the main entrance and parking area. The camera does not monitor any interior spaces and records video and sound continuously.

Charcoal & Firewood are NOT provided
Please note that charcoal for the grill and firewood are not provided. Guests will need to bring their own if they plan to use these amenities.
