When you’re ready to head out beyond the home, the nearby towns of Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Townsend are all within just a quick drive, each offering their own unique options for shopping, dining, outdoor adventure, and energetic nightlife. Of course, you can’t pass up the opportunity to take a leisurely or athletic hike through the Great Smoky Mountains via one of several trailheads just a short distance from the home.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Outdoor resort pool is seasonal and typically open and available for guest use Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles. Boat and trailer parking is not allowed at the property. There is a lot nearby for this purpose.

• If you are bringing a boat or trailer please contact us before your arrival.

• Pet friendly: up to 2 dogs allowed, 30 lbs. max each.

Jointly owned by Sevier County legend Dolly Parton, the theme park is a quick 30-minute drive away. For a day of nature exploration, reach the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountain National Park in about 40 minutes.
