Memories are made here in the Great Smoky Mountains, in this new, modern, luxury mountain cabin. Take a dip in the private indoor heated pool or the hot tub outside on the patio, relax with a cocktail or a cold lemonade on one of two decks, BBQ some burgers, play some foosball or retro video games. The decor is modern-rustic tongue-and-groove with natural wood finishes and dark trim, creating a classy, warm ambiance.

The cabin was completed on September 1st, so everything is BRAND NEW. Warning: You will NOT find stuffed deer on the walls, kitschy bear memorabilia, nor any of that old-fashioned orange-colored pine!! What you WILL find is classy decor and luxurious, thoughtful touches.

In the kitchen, you'll find brand-new stainless steel appliances and all the cooking necessities you expect at home. Whip up a feast for your loved ones, or just put a pot of chili in the slow cooker. We put a lot of pride into providing a fully-equipped kitchen. Besides the usual stuff, you'll find a crock pot, a pancake griddle, blender, teapot, a rack of 16 spices, plus salt & pepper, cream & sugar for your coffee. Speaking of coffee, we provide regular coffee, decaf coffee, Keurig coffee pods, hot chocolate, and a selection of 8 types of specialty Teas. Because we don't think guests should have to go out and buy things like trash bags, we provide them, along with paper towels, dishwasher pods, dishsoap, handsoap and laundry detergent.

Each bedroom has a King or Queen bed, with new, comfortable mattresses, 4 pillows, and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. Alarm clocks with built-in phone chargers sit on nightstands, and every room has a TV for late-night viewing.

There are four bathrooms and each includes a hair dryer, so you don't have to pack your own. Lavender-scented foaming hand soap is included, and in the Master bathroom we also include extra amenities such as bath bombs & bath salts, for that extra luxurious touch. Each bathroom includes a starter pack of 2 rolls of TP. For longer stays, you may need to buy some more.

Of course, all towels, linens & blankets are provided, along with pool towels.

EVERY ROOM in the house has a Smart TV with access to all the popular streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, AppleTV, Disney+ and many more (Note: Some channels require your own login credentials). We provide a PAID subscription to YouTubeTV which includes national networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CNN as well as many live sports channels such as ESP1/2/3, Fox Sports, CBS Sports and much, much, more. The Living Room and Game Rooms also have DVD/Blu-ray players.

The Game Room and Pool occupy the lower floor. In the Game Room you'll find a retro arcade game and a Foosball table, plus two bunk beds and a couch. The bunks are "Double" mattresses not twin. So, for teenagers or adults they sleep one each, but if you have small children you can probably double them up.

The Pool, while small, is a real kid-pleaser as you can imagine! It's heated year-round, and is well-secured with auto-closing doors with electronic keypad locks and alarms, to help you control who has access to it. Nothing keeps the kids happy like a pool!!! HAPPY KIDS = HAPPY PARENTS :)

In the laundry room, we offer a full-size washer & dryer, plus an Iron and Ironing board.

The cabin is privately owned and managed by me and my wife -- no Property Managers! No Call Centers! If you need something, email, text, or call us and we'll take care of it.

NOTES:
- Parking: There is space for at least four cars at the cabin.
- Security: There is a security camera on the front porch.
- Access: The front door has an electronic lock, you will be provided the code a few days before check-in.
- WiFi: There is excellent high-speed WiFi at the property.
- Vrbo refunds incur a small credit card processing fee which will be passed on to the guest.
