Newly constructed cabin offering top notch amenities on a spacious .45-acre lot. Imagine the feeling of relaxing in the huge (and very private) hot tub or chilling on the screened patio enjoying the TV. The lighted putt putt in the back yard is a hit for all ages (putters and balls provided). Inside the cabin, you'll enjoy a 5 star fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, granite counter tops and of course a Keurig duel pot and pod coffee maker. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the wrap around porch. Many times you'll see the bears strolling by...always a guest favorite. **Fireplace turned off April 1-October 1
What You'll Love:
*A fully stocked kitchen:
Cook up delicious meals in this fully equipped kitchen complete with modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need. Brew up your coffee in the Keurig full coffee pot or single serving pods. Crockpot, blender, toaster, and all the pots, pans, dishes you will need during your stay.
*Living Room:
This cozy living room invites you to unwind while you enjoy the flatscreen TV and stone fireplace which adds a touch of rustic charm. And just leave the back door open and let the outside in with the screened porch and another flatscreen TV. (FP is turned off from April 1-October1).
*Primary Suite (Bedroom #):
Spacious bedroom with King bedroom downstairs with private ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the walk-in shower along with his and hers vanity sinks to give plenty of space to get ready (Ladies, I was thinking of you when I built the bathroom).
*Bedroom #2: Upstairs Queen bed w/ 2 built in beds and private bathroom
Relax in the queen log bed with private ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub.
This bedroom also has two smaller built in beds (cot size) perfect for teens or your little ones. Kiddos love the lighted lanterns.
*3rd Bedroom in Loft w/ twin bunks:
The loft area doubles as a bedroom with twin size bunk beds and a game room all in one. Kids love the two arcade machines and game table.

Have some fun on the private lighted putt putt were families can bond, play, and immerse themselves in the beauty of nature. This is always a guest favorite! Putters of all sizes and golf balls provided.

Step outside to the expansive wrap around deck with southern style rocking chairs while sipping your morning coffee. Bask in the serene ambiance of all the sights and sounds of natures surroundings. Get cameras ready as the bears are spotted often!
*Screen Porch (a guest fave):
Perhaps you want to relax with a glass of wine on the screen porch. It's the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor beauty making your retreat a truly rejuvenating escape.
*Private Hot Tub:
Soak your cares away in the private hot tub area surrounded by nature and a canopy of stars above. The ambient lighting creates a tranquil atmosphere making this serene moment a perfect escape.
*Family Owned and Operated:
We are family owned and operated. If you have issues, you'll be talking directly to us and not a rental agency. Our #1 goal is to make sure you leave the Smoky Mountains with a lifetime of memories with family and friends.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
BEARS: Bears visit our cabin often. Please enjoy them from a distance! Even though they seem tame, they are a wild animal. It's imperative to NOT feed the bears or leave food (or any type of belongings) outside, in the screen porch area or in your car. Although it's tempting to feed them (because they are so cute), it only leads to them getting "too" familiar with humans and can sadly lead to them getting euthanized. They can be quite pesky if they smell food outside, on the screened porch, and even in. your vehicle. They've been known to open car doors if they smell food, carry off suitcases (and even heavy ice chests) if left outside.
Please do NOT lean or hang on the railings.
Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries inside the cabin or on the premises.
PARKING: Roundabout Driveway that holds 3 vehicles
GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Roads are curvy but are not steep. Simply plug the address into your GPS and it will take you right there. Although snow here is rare, in the winter 4WD or AWD may be necessary
GROCERY DELIVERY: Grocery delivery service available upon request. Can place online orders up to 7 days prior to arrival and have groceries in the cabin waiting for you when you get there.
OUTDOOR GRILLE: A large park style grille is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can.
TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the cabin make sure to put it inside the cans in the bear-proof container and secure the container (next to the driveway).
CHECK IN/OUT: We do not typically offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. Check in: After 4:00pm / Check out: 10am
WHAT WE PROVIDE & WHAT TO PLAN FOR YOUR GROCERY RUN:
We provide a small starter pack of the following:
2-3 kitchen trash bags, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 1-2 dishwasher tabs, 1-2 laundry tabs, sponge and small container of dish detergent, 2 bathroom trash bags per BR, 1 roll of paper towels.
**So plan to bring extra trash bags, your own preference in coffee (pods or grounds), preference in condiments/spices, and body soap and shampoo.
FIREPLACE:
Easy on and off electric fireplace that will heat up the entire cabin if needed.
The fireplace is turned off from April 1-October 1.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There is a security camera located on the front porch and is turned on at all times.
This is a non-smoking/vaping cabin. Smoking/vaping in the cabin could result in a fine up to $250 plus additional cleaning fees.
The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Glass containers are not allowed in the hot tub. Please do not put bubbles of any kinds, bath salts, etc in the hot tub or jacuzzi. This will result in additional fees due to damaging the jets. Please do not get in the hot tub if you are pregnant, have been drinking alcohol, or are under age without adult supervision. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Sorry...no pets are allowed. We love our pets but due to other guests with allergies, we've opted for a no pet policy.
Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 8. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities and a $250 fine by the host. You will also be asked to leave.
Absolutely NO fires! The HOA does not authorize outdoor fires except for the provided Charcoal BBQ Grille. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150, plus damages.

We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.
