The Rose Garden Cottage (#3) sits on the Mountain Shire property located just minutes from top attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park. Enjoy 200 sq. ft. plus loft of living space that includes fast internet, a loft with queen-sized bed, living room with sofa-bed and Roku TV, kitchenette (Keurig coffee pods included) and bathroom with shower. Outdoor amenities include a chiminea, lounge chairs, and picnic tables. There are also shared BBQ, decks, patios and fire pit areas. Other tiny houses are on the property.

My kids and I needed a place to stay overnight on our trip to Dollywood and this place well exceeded expectations. The whole area was an experience, and I would have loved to stay longer. The host was very responsive and helpful when I initially booked the wrong date and then I never needed to reach out after that because the instructions were so clear and the home had everything we needed. I will definitely plan to stay here again and will recommend this to family and friends. This is not your typical Air BNB stay. The hosts take pride in the experience they have created. Love it.

The tiny house was designed by the Mountain Shire owners and built by a local company. The landscaping and structures were developed using repurposed materials from the property and surrounding community.

This tiny house has everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Smoky Mountains. Free wifi is available inside of the tiny house and elsewhere on the property.

DETAILS ABOUT THE HOUSE

The living room includes:

✦ Small table with two chairs
✦ 32'' Roku smart TV
✦ Wall-mounted air conditioning/heater with remote
✦ Board games and books

The kitchenette includes:

✦ Electric stove top
✦ Microwave
✦ Galanz refrigerator with freezer
✦ Keurig coffee maker (including coffee pods)
✦ Hot-water kettle (including tea bags)
✦ Plates, bowls, utensils, condiments and other essentials

The bathroom economizes space and might be a tight squeeze for some. It includes:

✦ Small mirror, towels, body wash, shampoo, and toilette paper
*There is no sink in the bathroom

The main sleeping area is located up a short flight of stairs in the loft. There is about 3.5 feet of overhead room. Individuals with mobility issues might be uncomfortable. Otherwise, its a cozy space filled by:

✦ The loft is well lit and has standard plugs
