The road up to the cabin is very STEEP. The access road to this cabin is paved but does have an incline. At times, it narrows to one lane. It's about 0.5 Mile of steepness. This cabin is not for the less adventurous type. If you want flat roads, this is not for you. If you like to be near the park with a breathtaking view and hike nearby, look no further!

Motorcycles and trailers are not recommended. 4-wheel drive is recommended for adverse winter conditions. No refunds for weather or driving issues.

*TRAVEL INSURANCE HIGHLY ADVISED* - there will be no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/personal matters/other things that are beyond our control - please protect your trip by purchasing Travel Insurance.

The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not permitted to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Children are allowed in the hot tub only when accompanied by a parent or guardian and must be supervised at all times. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Depending on the Local Laws and if there is a Burn Ban imposed on any day by the local government, The outdoor firepit Will be shut down till the Burn Ban is lifted - it's an area standard!

Pets are not allowed, including emotional support animals. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Our cleaners provide starter sets of single-use shampoo and bar soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom. You may want to bring extra of these depending upon your length of stay.

We do not provide firewood for the firepit and Charcoal for the grill. It is sold at several locations close to the cabin. We would recommend that you bring fire starter logs. It makes everything easier.

Propane is filled regularly, but it is not guaranteed to be full; tanks can be filled in town.

Outdoor Shower Winter Shutdown: The outdoor shower will be unavailable from December through February to protect from plumbing issues and prevent freezing during the colder months. We appreciate your understanding.

We recommend that those traveling with infants and toddlers look into Baby Quip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. Baby Quip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!

PLEASE NOTE: Fall/Winter is Ladybugs, Stink Bugs, and in the summer Palmetto Bugs season. These little guys in the Smokies are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that our cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned before and after your stay, including bug removal. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes.

Great place to stay!

The perfect place! So many amenities, private with an amazing view. We loved the sauna, hot tub, and theater room. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves both inside and outside. There were a variety of games to play at night or whenever we decided to stay in. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Retreat for Our Group!

We had an unforgettable stay at Sunfyre Summit Cabin! The cabin was ideal for friends and couples - spacious bedrooms, beautiful common areas, and incredible amenities. We loved the hot tub and sauna after hiking during the day, and the game room and theater room made for fun evenings in. The mountain views were absolutely stunning. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for group getaways!

Amazing Place!!

Our stay here was amazing! Family of 7 and fit perfectly! Absolutely stunning views looking out from the kitchen and wrap around porch. Very relaxing, cozy and peaceful! All amenities were great and super clean! Hot tub was a hit along with the game room/movie room and fire pit. Also just a short 20 min drive down the mountain to fun activities and stores. All around great place and highly recommend! We will most definitely be coming back.

Amazing Weekend with Friends!

Our group of 12 friends and couples had the best weekend at Sunfyre Summit Cabin! The cabin was perfect for our crew - plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the common areas were ideal for gathering together. We spent our evenings in the hot tub enjoying the incredible mountain views, played games in the game room, and had movie nights in the theater room. The cabin had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. This place is perfect for group getaways. We're already planning our next trip back!

Made Memories That Will Last Forever!

What a gem we found in Sunfyre Summit! Our two families (4 adults, 4 kids) spent a wonderful long weekend here, and honestly, the kids are still talking about it weeks later. The layout was perfect - the kids claimed the game room as their headquarters while us adults actually got to relax and enjoy some peace in the sauna. Mornings on the deck with coffee and those layer-cake mountain views were pure magic. The cabin felt like home but better, with all the little touches that made our stay effortless.
