The best host by far! Vahan had great communication from the time I booked the reservation, all the way to check out. He gave great recommendations and made sure we arrived safely. The house was warm, welcoming and stocked with all the necessities. I honestly cannot say enough great things! Zero complaints other than we had to leave those comfy beds and great views! 10/10 recommend!

Best Pigeon Forge Experience

Our family has been visiting the Pigeon Forge area for years, but this year we planned a trip with both my wife’s and my family. Twelve people total! Vahan was absolutely amazing to work with and so accommodating to our needs. The cabin is very modern but not at all cold. It was inviting and very homie. The beds were amazing and the pillows were so comfortable. The views and amenities were absolutely perfect!!! We never had a moment where we didn’t have something to do together as a family; from the pool and hot tube, theater room, games, s’mores, or just admiring the amazing views, there was so much to enjoy and appreciate. I would highly recommend staying at Modern Pines to anyone. Thank you so much again Vahan, you were sincerely the most gracious host we have ever stayed with on any of our stays with VRBO, it was a pleasure staying in your home and I really enjoyed our talks. Wish you and your family all the best.

Great stay

Great home with tons of amenities and everything you would need. Very clean with luxury bedding / sleeping arrangements made for a relaxing experience. Kids loved the pool which is a great size for being indoors. We even had a family of 4 bears play in the backyard one evening.

Perfect Getaway with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Vrbo house in Gatlinburg! The home was immaculate, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The host was amazing—responsive, attentive, and went the extra mile with personal touches, including a fantastic list of local recommendations. The pool was a dream, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, and the views were absolutely breathtaking—like waking up in a postcard every morning. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a bonus, and the furnishings struck the perfect balance between style and comfort. The beds were so comfortable! This house exceeded all our expectations, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous House with STUNNING Views!

This place was AMAZING! Kitchen was perfectly stocked. Beds were so comfortable. This house really had it all. Vahan was so extremely helpful and communication was great. He helped me find a beautiful local running path. Offered his Netflix info since ours was not working great. We ended up figuring ours out in the end but Vahan really was so helpful with everything. We head out to Pigeon Forge area every August and we will definitely be returning to this house in the future.

Amazing house

What a view!! Very comfortable all-around accommodations. Having the indoor pool was super helpful given the hot week in the area. Boy did the grandkids loved the pool and the movie room. Highly recommend!!

Stunning home!

Wow was our impression as we walked into this amazing house! Everything about this property is exactly what the photos show! The view that surrounds you is amazing! The owners thought of every detail when building this home. The decks, the pool, the bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The owner Vahan is great also and so communicative to any question you may have. There is so much to appreciate about this home. Loved, loved, loved it!!!!

Grey Pearl = Perfection

Short version, book it NOW, you’ll have no regrets. The cabin is approximately 10 minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Somehow, even with that short distance to civilization, the views of the mountains from the back of the cabin are spectacular. The view alone is worth booking this place. 5 spacious bedrooms, each with King beds and full en suite bathrooms, each with large desk and nice closet (some are walk-ins!) and all have large flatscreens. The living room is massive with huge two story windows taking full advantage of the killer view. The kitchen (open to the living room) is a pleasure to be in with those same views, two dishwashers, tons of dishes and high quality cookware and pantry space. The dining table (beautiful natural wood slab) will seat 8-10 with additional 4 seats at the massive kitchen island. Nice utility room. The media room has very comfortable reclining seating. The indoor pool (larger than most!) is unbelievable. Heated room and heated water, so you never feel cold even when you get out. The rainfall, fountains, lighting have to be experienced. So good! The huge upper and lower decks both with fire tables are so cozy. Chimes for every entry/exit door so you know if one is opened and a special safety code/alarm for the pool room to ensure little ones are safe. Beautiful vapor fireplaces. Easy parking/unloading. Super clean! Very and kind host, even had welcome gif and birthday gifts for my son. Best rental experience by far that we’ve ever had!!!

Luxury home with amazing view and convenient location

This house was perfect! It is beautiful and well stocked. The view is incredible. Pigeon Forge is less than 13 minutes away and Dollywood is also conveniently located (approx 20 minutes). Top tier rental. Vahan was extremely helpful with recommendations and ensuring our stay was flawless.

Family vacation

This house was amazing! Everything about this house was spectacular, especially the views. We all loved the swimming pool, hot tub and theater room, but the kitchen/dining room, is where we seemed to have the most fun. We also enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor spaces at night. Vahan was always reaching out to us and making sure everything went smoothly, and the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy to follow.
