Inside, you’ll find smart TVs in the bedrooms, a laptop-friendly workspace for catching up on emails, and a washer/dryer to keep adventures tidy. Kids and grownups alike can unwind with a game console, board games, and children’s books and toys.

Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, an outdoor fire pit, and a picnic pavilion perfect for s’mores and evening hangs. Play a friendly match on your very own private pickleball court, then fire up the grill and dine outdoors with ample seating. You’ll also have seasonal access to the nearby Honeysuckle Pool & Deli for sunny-day swims.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, smart TV

• Bedroom 4: Twin-over-twin bunk bed plus twin-over-queen bunk bed, smart TV

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1 (ensuite to Bedroom 1): Jetted tub and walk-in shower

• Bathroom 2 (Jack-and-Jill): Shower/tub combo shared between two rooms

• Bathroom 3 (additional full bath): Single vanity and shower/tub combo



Important Things to Note

• Parking: Space for up to 6 vehicles in the private driveway and covered carport directly in front of the cabin.

• Pool access: Guests have access to the Honeysuckle Pool & Deli, located offsite approximately 4 miles away. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and may be subject to seasonal/operational changes.

• Stairs: The home has stairs; please see photos if mobility is a concern.

• WiFi and cell service: Due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural setting and local infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Winter travel: AWD or 4x4 may be required during winter months.

• Security: One exterior security camera monitors the front door/entry area for guest safety.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Extras: Portable crib provided. Outdoor fire pit and picnic pavilion available for guest use.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Nearby conveniences: About a 5-minute drive to Sevierville City Park (athletic fields and seasonal water park), Mt. Ton of Fun (accessible themed play areas), and the Sevierville Community Center (bowling alley and fitness center).
