Escape to House on a Hillâa stunning 3-story, 3,700 sq. ft. log cabin where modern luxury meets Smoky Mountain charm. Perfect for large families, groups, or couplesâ getaways, this 6-bedroom, 6-bath retreat sleeps 20 guests comfortably in beds and offers million-dollar views, a private heated indoor pool, home theater, arcade game, pool table, hot tub, and much more.
Managed personally by the owners, House on a Hill offers a level of care and hospitality rarely found in the Smokies.
Enjoy easy access and parking for up to 8 vehicles. The long, level driveway makes parking and turning around simpleâeven for trailers, motorcycles, or larger vehicles.
MAIN LEVEL
Gather in the open-concept living area featuring plush leather seating, a stacked-stone electric fireplace, and a large HDTV. Step onto the expansive deck to take in panoramic mountain views or cook on either the gas grill or charcoal grill.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island with seating for 5, plus a dining table for 10.
This level includes two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed, HDTV, ensuite bath with double vanity and walk-in tiled shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, HDTV, access to a shared bath with double vanity and walk-in tiled shower.
UPPER LEVEL
Bedroom 3: King bed, HDTV, private bath with tiled shower.
Bedroom 4: Queen bunk bed, HDTV, private bath with tiled shower.
LOWER LEVEL
The fun continues on the lower level with an entertainment area featuring a pool table, arcade game, comfy sectional seating, and a large HDTV. This is a brand-new luxury cabin, professionally cleaned and maintained after every stay.
We love pets, but House on a Hill is a pet-free property to maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment. No pets are allowed at any time.
Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. This fee covers deep cleaning, allergen treatment, and any needed repairs. Thank you for helping us keep this space beautiful for all guests.
