Main Level:
The entry level features open-plan area with living room, kitchen, dining, 1 bedroom and access to the deck.
The living room offers plush leather furniture, an electric fireplace and a large HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with seating for 3 at the counter. The dining table has seating for up to 11 guests. There is also a half bath for your convenience.
The bedroom on this level offers a king bed, HDTV, electric fireplace, access to the deck and a private full bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Step out onto the spacious deck, relax in one of the rockers, have a cook-out on the gas grill and enjoy the meal at the outdoor table with chairs.

Upper Level:
The upper level offers an open gaming loft, 2 bedrooms and the washer/dryer.
The open loft features a pool table and a large HDTV. The first bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, electric fireplace and a private full bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A washer/dryer is located on this level for your convenience.

Lower Level:
Travel downstairs where you will find another game area, theater room, indoor pool, 1 bedroom and access to the yard.
The game area features a foosball game, HDTV, a sitting area with comfortable sofa, fully equipped wet-bar with fridge and access to the deck and yard.
Just off the game area, you will find the theater room and indoor pool room.
The theater room features comfortable cinema seating and a large Smart HDTV. The indoor pool room features a large, heated pool, chairs and a door opening the entire wall-space with access to the deck.
The bedroom on this level features 1 set of full bunks, 1 set of twin bunks and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The spacious deck offers outdoor seating, a soothing hot tub and access to the large yard with outdoor games.

The large yard features a cozy fire pit and an Outdoor Family "Fun Zone", including a putting green, basketball half court, volleyball court, horseshoe pit and corn hole pit.
