The lower level has 1 En-suite King bedroom, 1 En-Suite bunk room with 1 twin bunk and 1 twin over queen bunk. theater area, game room area, and a twin over queen bunk in the gameroom area. The Swim spa room and outdoor fireplace is accessed from the lower level as well.
