- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.

- The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1.

- This is a pet-friendly property. There will be a fee of $75.00. Please note that we only allow a maximum of 2 dogs. Pets must be kenneled when not supervised, and must be housebroken. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Please note that the pet fee must be paid before booking.
