Welcome to Splash Parkway, a family-friendly Smoky Mountains cabin just steps from Pigeon Forge Parkway, with easy access to Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood. Cool mountain air and pine scents greet you as you step outside, enjoy the wood burning firepit under the stars and ambient lighting create a cozy retreat after a day exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, nearby attractions, or shows like Dolly Parton’s Stampede. The cabin combines luxury, entertainment, and convenience, making it ideal for families, friends, and multi-generational groups.

We have 5 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and we can accommodate your group of up to 100 guests all within walking distance of each other.



Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with..



The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction currently. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit that are out of our control. These homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.
