Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! There is a gorgeous wooden dining room table right off the kitchen in a separate dining area, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Bear Essentials Lodge is the ideal vacation destination for those who want to both relax and play! Enjoy family movie night in the spacious living room while cuddled up on the leather couches while the fireplace roars in the distance. Step upstairs into the loft game room and you are met with hours and hours of entertainment “ from the pool table to the arcade, no one will be bored! Or relax in one of the two separate jacuzzi tubs after a long day of hiking or shopping. And outside, you are greeted with a bubbling hot tub that overlooks the scenic views. Step out onto the covered balcony and sit back and relax while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while taking in the fresh Smoky Mountain air. Or enjoy dinner on the patio after grilling up a yummy feast on the propane grill. During the warmer months, feel free to take a dip in the community pool!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
