Moonshine & Fire is a newly renovated MIDCENTURY GEM tucked away on 5 private acres with a mountain view in the heart of all the fun and food that The Smokies has to offer!! Many of you ask for Vacation Homes that are “low down” or don’t have crazy mountain roads, and this is one of ‘em! Enjoy easy, flat, all-season roads to this vacation home.

If you’re a nature lover you are going to LOVE strolls down to the fishing pond to visit the ducks and geese. The geese have been visiting the owner of this home for many years now, and they have a good relationship with people :) There is also a Mama deer who brings her growing babies to this property to eat in the morning, and as is common in the Smokies, it is possible that you may see the occasional bear, fox and coyote. It is important to keep a safe distance from all wildlife, including the geese, as the wildlife is neither trained nor domesticated.

With all the awesome art pieces created by local Smoky Mountain artisans displayed throughout the home, you’ll feel just as connected to nature inside the home as you are outside!

Inside Moonshine & Fire y’all get to kick back and enjoy all the modern conveniences anyone can hope to enjoy on vacation, like a big well stocked kitchen, a tricked out game room, tons of cozy seating, flat Tvs in every bedroom, and more than enough space for the whole family, or friend family, to spread out!

-A big “mudroom” as the entryway, with a great laundry area right off the kitchen
-Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and standard coffee maker, and a wine fridge to boot
-Dining area directly off the kitchen
-Living room with a big, cozy Sectional Couch, gas fireplace, and Smart TV
-King size bedroom with Smart TV, full bathroom with custom standup shower and a large vanity & mirro
-2 Queen size bedrooms with Smart TVs and a shared full bathroom with custom standup shower.
-Bunkbed Room (Twin mattress on top, Full mattress on bottom), Smart TV, beanbags
-Beautiful paintings and decor throughout the home are all created by local artisans and friends of the owner. We’d love for y’all to take the time to enjoy all the art the owner wants to share.
-Back deck with hot tub, outdoor seating and dining areas, a Smart TV, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor games like Cornhole, and string lights everywhere!
-Front Patio area with lots of porch swings, cozy seating, an awesome firepit area with adirondacks, and view of the fishing pond with the beautiful Smokies in the background

● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.
