Nestled in a prime location, our cabin offers easy access to Dollywood (12 min), Wears Valley (10 min), Sevierville, and The Island in Pigeon Forge (10 min). Designed for relaxation and entertainment, Ridge Creek Retreat is the perfect getaway for families and groups.

In the cooler months, clear curtains and a fireplace keep you cozy. Propane for the grill is provided.

🔹 Communal Pool: Our cabin is one of the closest to the outdoor pool, which is heated for your comfort. We provide complimentary pool towels for your use. Please note that the pool is closed during the winter season, typically starting in October and reopening in May.

🔹 Magical Kid's adventure: One of a kind Hobbit Door in the bunk room will delight kids and adults. A secret magical fairy room hideaway upstairs takes kids to a forested getaway of their own.

🔹 Easy Access: No steep roads! The flat, paved driveway easily fits 5+ cars. Accessible ramp leads to the main level.

🔹 Spacious Living Room: With plenty of comfortable seating, soaring A-Frame ceilings and a massive stone fireplace, the living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Play games, watch TV, cook a meal all with space for everyone.

Settle in for a great vacation. We've had families tell us they never left the cabin the whole vacation- entertainment, space and relaxation activities for everybody.

🔹 Chef's Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite countertops, a large island and two pantries. We've provided all the dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware you'll need, including kids' plates and utensils. Enjoy your meals inside (plenty of seating for everyone) or outside on the deck.

🔹 Luxurious Bedrooms: 5 spacious bedrooms with 10-foot ceilings. Four king bedrooms, plus a bunk room with 4 twin bunks plus 2 queen beds. All rooms feature new high-end mattresses and flat-screen Roku TVs. One king room has a private balcony. The accessible main floor master has its own fireplace & ensuite bathroom with rain shower.

🔹 Game Room: Challenge each other to a game of pool, or go head to head on one of our several game consoles, foosball, pinball, or shuffleboard.

🔹 Movie Theater: The 75 inch TV with surround sound is perfect for movie nights, whether you're in one of the theater seats or lounging in the adult-sized bean bag pit.

🔹 Hot Tub & Porch Swing: The hot tub will be ready for you, and the porch swing is perfect for daydreaming.

🔹 Special Surprises: A secret magical hideaway upstairs takes kids to a forested getaway of their own. Downstairs there is a special hobbit door to the bunk room!

🔹 Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms, two with tubs and two with luxurious rain showers.

🔹 Laundry: Free washer and dryer on the main level.

Thoughtful Amenities:
🔹 We provide sheets and towels, as well as a starter set of coffee, creamer, body wash, soap, trash bags, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. You may need to purchase more during your stay. There is no mid-stay cleaning service included, but trash pick-up can be arranged for an additional fee.

ACCESS DETAILS:
► Check in at 4PM, Check out at 10 AM.
► Keyless Entry: Guests will receive a personalized door code three days before check-in.
►❗️Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and schedule the security deposit within 24 hours of booking.❗️
► Roads: This home is a great choice if you're concerned about how you'll get to the cabin. Wide roads to our cabin are all paved and not steep.
► Private Parking: The driveway is relatively flat and holds 5 cars comfortably. Lowered cars may have difficulty at the end of the driveway
► Cell service can be spotty in this region, we recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel.
► Accessibility: The main floor of the cabin is quite good for those with limited mobility. There is a ramp to access the main level. The main floor king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with no steps into the shower. This level also includes the living room, kitchen, game room and outdoor lounge and deck.
► MUST be 25 or older to book, sign rental agreement and schedule security deposit hold within 48 hrs of booking.
► NO SMOKING. There is no smoking in the house. We reserve the right to retain the security hold for cleaning expenses if the cabin smells like cigarette smoke.
► Cleaning Practices: We have one of the best cleaning teams in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest checks in. Surfaces are disinfected, bedding is changed and washed, and the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled.

SOME THINGS TO NOTE:
❗️Guest access Instructions will be sent after the balance is paid in full and the rental agreement signed, and damage/security deposit information filled out.❗️

► Pets: Two pet maximum. $150.00 per pet fee. Only dogs allowed, no other pets. Absolutely no puppies. Dogs must be crated if unattended in the cabin. Guests are required to sign the pet addendum and assume financial responsibility for any additional damage due to pets including but not limited to cleaning, repair and replacement due to scratching, peeing or excrement in the cabin etc. Any violation of these rules are grounds for eviction and loss of security deposit. Any questions, please reach out before booking.

► Service Animals- For service animals, we use the FAA service animal form for verification. Animals may not be left unattended in the home unless crated.

► View: This house does not have an expansive view of the mountains. It is surrounded by trees. In the winter the view is of the distant mountains and valley below. In the fall, it is an explosion of colors. If you're dreaming of views of mountain tops, this is NOT the home for you.

► Roof: The roof is metal with no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed.

► Bugs: While we have a regular pest control program the cabin is in an area that can have some pests(insects). This is the forest, and while the trees sit back from the house quite a bit, nature is filled with creatures. It is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. *We do not refund for issues with bugs or forest creatures.* When staying at the cabin, NEVER leave food items in the vehicles, NEVER leave food, leftovers, or trash outside. Trash should be bagged & locked in bear-resistant trash containers (provided).

► Animals: There are bears, coyotes, deer, squirrels, owls and other animals in the area, & often on the property. Be still and you might see them.

► Security Camera: There are security cameras on the front porch, and over the entrances for everyone’s protection- all pointed away from the cabin itself. The house is often unoccupied between guests. Touching or tampering with the cameras is a violation of your rental agreement. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit your security deposit and remaining rent payment.

► Excessive cleaning charge - $300 Your cleaning fee assumes you have followed the check-out instructions. Trash is bagged, pots and pans are washed & returned & dishes are washed in dishwasher. Grill was cared for during stay and is reasonably clean. The house has been used, but there is no damage or extensive cleaning required to prepare for the next guest. If this is not the case and there is excessive cleaning required, an additional $300 will be deducted from your security deposit.
