This newly renovated 3-level townhome is perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking for both fun and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space. The living room is warm and cozy, featuring a fireplace and Smart TV, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. Each bathroom features a bathtub for a relaxing soak, and the property also includes a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable year-round.



Step out back to enjoy your private hot tub on the deck — a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Downstairs, you’ll also find a fun game room and bunk area for the kids or the young at heart. Please note that the third bedroom is located on the lower level, accessible by a spiral staircase (charming, but may not be suitable for little ones or older guests).

Guest Access:

Please park in the driveway just off of the main road. No street parking. You will enter with a coded lock. As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

Escape to the top of a private ridge near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, just steps from the historic Huskey Grove Cemetery. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of undeveloped forest, this peaceful getaway offers wildlife sightings like black bears, turkeys, deer, and songbirds right outside your door.

Getting Around:

Paved and accessible year-round, though winter weather may require 4WD or snow chains.
