The Space:

Some nights here start with a soak in the hot tub as the ridgeline goes gold, and end around the poker table with the arcade machines blinking in the background. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom mountain retreat is built for exactly that kind of trip, whether it's a family reunion or a group of friends who need real space to spread out.

The open-concept living area has a 65" smart TV, a real wood-look fireplace, and a plush sectional facing those big mountain views. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, a Keurig and French press, and a large island for the morning coffee crowd. Downstairs, the game room brings its own energy: wet bar, poker table, arcade games, a pull-out couch, and a second fireplace for cooler evenings.

Outside, it just keeps going: a private hot tub with mountain views, a putt putt course, a fire pit, a grill, and a dining patio for meals under the trees. This one works well for families and groups alike, though it does have stairs between levels, so keep that in mind if anyone in your group has mobility needs. Our local team is around throughout your stay, so you can just relax and enjoy the mountains.



Guest Access:

You'll have the run of the entire home, including the hot tub, game room, and outdoor spaces. The cleaners' closet is locked and reserved for our housekeeping team.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into the ridges between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this home sits in a quiet, wooded pocket of Sevierville that still puts you close to everything. It's roughly a 10 to 15 minute drive into Pigeon Forge for restaurants, shops, and attractions, and about 20 to 25 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Grocery stores, dining, and everyday essentials are a short drive away as well. Given the mountain roads, most guests find it easiest to drive rather than rely on rideshare out here, though Uber and Lyft do operate in the more built-up parts of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.



Getting Around:

A car is really the way to go for this location, and you'll have driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles. Street parking isn't available, so plan to keep everyone's cars in the driveway. Once you're down in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, the local trolley system is a fun, easy way to get around without worrying about parking.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets, and no cats are permitted. We do ask that dogs be crate trained and that you clean up after them around the property.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
