Our spacious 3BD cabin (sleeps 8) is the perfect destination for you and your family to make incredible memories here in the Smoky Mountains. We stay at a lot of places through VRBO and this was definitely one of our favorites! The cabin was perfect and very clean! The pool and hot tub was a big hit with everyone. And the game room was amazing. It was close to everything we wanted to do but tucked away enough to unplug. Definitely recommend this cabin!

This cabin was absolutely great for my family. The location was right off in Pigeon Forge only 10 minutes from everything. The cabin itself was kept and clean. There was a slight appearance of possible water damage inside, but it was nothing that affected our stay. The pool was great for the kids, a little on the colder side for temperature but they loved it regardless. Any issues we had the owners were responsive and acting almost immediately. Very kind people. Beautiful location. I will note the 3rd bedroom is what seems to be a closet so not much space around the bed, but my kids loved sleeping in “their own room” so close to ours. I would book again! The only thing keeping from a full 5 stars is the very minor and fixable issues we faced.

Overall was a great experience. Felt like the cabin needed to be “aired” out when we arrived. Had an odd stuffy smell when we came in. The master bedroom mattress was pretty uncomfortable—it sinks in toward the middle. Also the master bathroom sliding door was difficult to open from inside the bathroom.

Property was nice and clean. There was a fan running by the pool. It was very loud. I contacted the homeowner and they sent a guy out to take care of it. Dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet it was in, and we could not use it. Other than those small things was a good place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. 10 minutes from Grand Smoky Mountain Parkway, 15 minutes from Ripken Pigeon Forge and 25 from Gatlinburg. Pool table and hot tub were a hit with the family. The place is far enough away from everything for a relaxing evening when you turn in for the night.

RUN!!!!!! As you enter the cabin and start your vacation, you are greeted with a strong musty and wet dog smell. Seeing as there is a no pet policy and I saw no signs of animals, I am seriously concerned there could be MOLD. I went room by room everyday and sprayed fabric and curtains to try and lessen the smell. The house is not properly ventilated and has a huge moisture issue.The cabinets are deteriorating and particle board is all on the dishes. The utensils in the holder were dirty with food on them and same with some in the drawers. The dining room table, coffee table and end table are all warped. The pool needs a good scrub as the main area where you enter is stained and dirty. Hottub was great! But watch your step next to the slidder-floor is coming up.The beds are super soft, no support. Some might like that. There was a slow drain in the main master (about ankle deep) which we found leaked below into the pool room. Clog was dealt with the next afternoon - yep...no emergency for a leak. I wonder were all that shower water went - pool?? Stuck in the walls? Their pictures need to be updated to show the ware and tare of what has been done to this place. No TV in the pool room (like the pictures show). I would strongly suggest not renting this cabin and get it in order and make sure there is no MOLD. Also, when your guests tell you there are issues - BELIEVE THEM. I should have personally taken more pictures -but i didn't think I'd have to present a case, like I am now.

Beautiful and relaxing

We always stay at a cabin with an indoor pool when coming to town. Unfortunately the one we normally stay was booked so we found Hickory Splash. It was a beautiful 3 floor cabin. The cabin was very clean and we had a relaxing stay. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. It’s so close to everything in Pigeon Forge just minutes away but still tucked away in a private non congested area. We will definitely stay again

The property was exactly as listed and shown in the photos and them some! We brought our 17 & 11 year old daughters, our oldest son and daughter in law and our 18 month old grandson. The kiddos definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub (our grandson enjoyed standing on the steps to the hot tub and splashing the girls!) This cabin is busy body toddler friendly with baby gates at the top of both sets of stairs, a high chair, dishes for little ones and even a playpen! The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we've had away from home! The owners messaged the address and door code in a timely manner! We didn't have to contact them for any issues at all, but when I did message them, they responded immediately.We also enjoyed not having a huge check out check list. Just gather our towels and pick up loose trash. This cabin is also the perfect location. Easy in and out and away from the chaos of the strip but only minuets away!
