Welcome to Plantation Village! This beautifully 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located just a short walk from the vibrant Camana Bay, you will have easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Enjoy snorkeling right from the complex and unwind on the spacious screened patio with garden pool view. Access to outdoor grilling facilities, on-site tennis courts, a children's outdoor play area, 2 pools, bike rentals, shared laundry facilities and an abundance of water sports, all on a beautiful stretch of Seven Mile Beach. Shopping and all amenities are nearby.

We ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Beach towels are available for your seaside adventures. Laundry soap and dishwasher tabs are included for your convenience. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout your stay.

To better assist you, we are pleased to provide assistance in either English or French.

The Space:
The master bedroom has King sized bed and the second bedroom has 1 twin and 1 queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator/freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker if you decide to stay in for meals but many great restaurants in all price points are a short walk away.

Guest Access:
Visitors can enjoy the communal pools located on the property, as well as rent watersports equipment. Upon your arrival, you will discover a welcome book containing all the essential information you need, including WiFi details, house rules, local recommendations, and emergency contacts.

The Neighborhood:
Plantation Village is conveniently situated near numerous restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Guests can indulge in snorkeling right at the resort. The Cayman Islands are renowned for their safety, and to further ensure peace of mind, the complex have a dedicated security guard on the grounds from 6 pm to 6 am, seven days a week.

Getting Around:
Navigating this conveniently located area is a breeze, whether you choose to take the bus, ride an electric scooter, or simply walk. Additionally, the complex provides complimentary bicycle rentals.

Other Things to Note:
Host charges a 5% credit card processing fee on Booking . com, VRBO and direct bookings. 13% tourism tax will be added to all reservations.

For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment.

The condo & property are nice & walking distance to several restaurants. Unfortunately mother nature has not been kind to many areas of Seven Mike Beach & beach access in many areas is limited or non existent. The 2 pools were great & the condo was well supplied.

Quiet Tropical Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit has all the amenities needed. The owner replies promptly with answers to any inquiries. We really enjoyed the bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks that were available for guests. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We also utilized the grills on location as well. The property is well maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location.

Seven Mile Beach Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay-the property was as advertised. The location was great and interaction with the property mgr was exceptional. A rental car is not necessary unless guests are interested in a day trip to explore other parts of the island.

Overall nice stay but here's my honest review

Nice property in a nice location. Check in was a bit difficult because the unit number wasn't included on the check in instructions and I didn't there wasnt a phone number on the check in instructions to reach someone at the late time we arrived. (We had to find the unit with the help of the security employee based solely off the pictures- the lock box code that was provided in the instructions worked fine from there). The property manager was polite and responsive when reached during business hours and I believe they remedied these issues for future guests. It might be easier to book directly with Plantation Village next time. They have a front office that would be able to take care of any issues more readily instead of having to go through a separate property manager.

Great condo in a nice location

Very nice place in the Caymans at a reasonable price. Note that the recent hurricane shrunk the beach substantially, but there is plenty to do and two nice pools to keep the vacation very enjoyable. My only mini snafu was not being clear that you proceed directly to the condo door for the key check in, as opposed to the condo office, but it didn't represent a significant delay.

Property is very clean and a great location. Only issues we had were with the front desk. At check in, Marlene, had our room listed under someone else and could not find my reservation. She wasn’t very quick to try and figure out the problem. I had to produce my reservation confirmation for her to find our unit.. which she had prepared under the wrong name. She gave us very minimal information about how things worked around the property, (towel service,etc). The paper she gave us as check in said we would receive clean bathroom towels mid stay. After 5 out of 7 days I had to go and ask front desk why I hadn’t received clean towels yet and she said I don’t qualify for them... I showed her the paper saying a 4-7 day stay received new towels mid stay... she was confused and said our room wasn’t on her list for new towels ... and she was busy manning the front desk and couldn’t change them. I told her I wasn’t happy about the amount of money I paid to stay for a week and not even get new towels as I was promised. Another lady , Canida(?) was amazing after this and shortly after brought a full bag of new towels up to our room and she felt bad for the error.... which was not her fault. Still overall a good stay at a good place in a great location.... and none of this has to do with Leo himself! Just make sure you bring documentation of your reservation as the reception is too busy worried about other things and doesn’t have the greatest customer service ...

Great location in paradise!

Plantation Village is in a great location on Seven Mile Beach! Close to restaurants and car rental. Within walking distance of a convenience store. Taxis readily available. Staff ready and willing to help!

Great budget apartment, close to restaurants and shops, but tiny beach

Very clean and spacious apartment, with view of the sea from the dining room. Convenient location to many restaurants and stores, Marriott hotel, car rental and 20 min walk to a large supermarket. The only negative is that the beach is very small and rocky, so we walked to the nearby Marriott.

Delightful Caribean home

Plantation village is nicely placed on 7 mile beach and Leo's place is a very clean and nicely appointed. Although the beaches are very nice we came for snorkeling and we were delighted to find the 2nd best location we saw all week just a quarter mile south of plantation village. very nice. This place is a great price for all that you get 2 beds 2 full baths (bikes, kayaks, wave boards). You will have a great time on the island and then have a great place to come home to.

Excellent Vacation Location

This apartment is very well managed and is very comfortable and very well located for both the beach and local establishments. This is the second time we stayed there and would recommend to anyone. This site has two well maintained pools and beach access to 7 Miles Beach. Laundry facilities are available, uses cayman dollars. Kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. Apartment is within walking distance for the Kirk Market, food prices are higher than US, but then again this is an island. Overall, working with owner was a pleasure and the on site managers are excellent to work with.

Great vacation place!

The condo was great! Clean, well stocked & quiet. We used the bikes several times and loved having 2 pools. Unit has lots of windows for the great Cayman sun. Nice deck that we enjoyed. Great location-close to Marriott where Red Sail has water sport rentals. Owner is quick to respond and a great source of information.

Pool and grounds kept up nicely

I hate doing this because I'm not a negative person but the only thing I can say positive is that it is a great location and the weather was great. Our unit was in desperate need of renovation! 2 burners on the stove didn't work and this was during Thanksgiving. The garbage disposer sounded like it was going to explode. You had to hold the base of the kitchen faucet when you wanted to turn it on and the finish was peeling. The toilet in the master bath ran all the time, so we kept turning the water supply valve on and off. Even left a note on the toilet to let housekeeping know, they forwarded it to the office and nothing was done. There were patches on the wall with no repainting. We were there for a month and the laundry facilities were never cleaned. I had to take Lysol wipes and wipe everything down before doing my laundry. There was also construction going on all over the property including ripping up of tile, The noise was overwhelming and went on everyday. There were times it was so loud, we had to leave the unit. I went to the desk on Thursday and spoke to Jacinda (she is a bright spot there...customer service oriented and very professional) I asked if we could stay 45 minutes longer than the 10 am check out and she said that would not be a problem and let housekeeping know. The next day I went to use the computer and printer to check out and verify the extra 45....was treated very rudely, told no and ignored me when the printer wouldn't work. The next morning at 9:30 housekeeping showed up. We said we weren't leaving until 10 and she came in and started stripping the room. Guess who was in the office when I dropped off the keys???? Another good shout out,, so it doesn't seem all bad is Renee. He is maintenance. He is prompt , friendly, professional and when he says he's going to do something...does it! Thanks for the help Renee!! Sorry that this is so negative but I also know that there were other guests that were also very upset by what was going on. Also some of the pictures are deceiving. The location for beach and swimming is very limited. We were aware of the conditions before going so that was not an issue for us.
