Welcome to Aqua, a newly completed luxury residential tower offering 10 exclusive full-floor residences with panoramic views of Seven Mile Beach. Each residence spans the entire floor, providing unparalleled privacy and seamless indoor-outdoor living through open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the dazzling Caribbean vistas.
Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private ocean terrace, making every evening unforgettable. Aquaâs prime location offers easy access to George Town, Camana Bay, and the islandâs top restaurants and attractions, ensuring a perfect balance of blissful seclusion and nearby convenience.
The heart of the home is a gourmet chefâs kitchen, fully equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, a wine bar, and elegant quartz countertops. The adjacent oceanfront dining area comfortably seats 8-10 guests with mesmerizing views. For a more indulgent affair, arrange for a private chef to prepare a gourmet dinner or a champagne brunch, curated through our dedicated concierge service.
The four ensuite bedrooms are designed with resort-inspired luxury in mind, featuring crisp whites, natural stone textures, and warm timber finishes.

Traveling families can request complimentary Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and other amenities to enhance their stay.
Light housekeeping is provided on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays) to ensure an effortless five-star stay. Premium linens, toiletries, bathrobes, plus bath and beach towels are all provided.
Aquaâs amenities extend beyond the residence. The communal infinity pool with a tanning ledge offers a serene place to unwind, while the beachfront below provides an indulgent escape. A footpath has been carved out of the limestone cove, providing barefoot water entry into sparkling waters. Private fishing and snorkel charters can also be arranged, departing directly from Aquaâs private cove.
Guests will be assigned two private parking spaces in Aqua's garage with direct access via a keyed elevator. Aqua is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh, clean environment for all guests.

*** BEACH NOTES ***
Aqua sits at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and enjoys a sandy barefoot beach just beyond the infinity pool. Guests can walk along the shoreline to the south for about half a mile.
The beach is protected by a natural limestone cove. A footpath has been carved out of the limestone, providing barefoot water entry. Barefoot water entry can also be enjoyed next door to the north at The Grandview or Sunset Cove. The Crown owns all beaches on Grand Cayman, up to the high water mark, meaning they are public property for all to enjoy.

Taxi service is reliable along Seven Mile Beach but can run expensive if you are the exploring type. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. A rental car is recommended if you plan on venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach. For rental cars, we recommend Avis, Marshalls, or Budget Cayman.
