Good to Know
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
• Registered guests only unless approved by the host.
• Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fee.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property.
• Children must be supervised around the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, grill, stairs, and outdoor areas.
• Outdoor amenities are used at guests' own risk.
• Outdoor surfaces may become slippery during wet or cold weather.
• Our home is family-friendly but is not childproof.
• A Minut noise monitor is installed to help protect our neighborhood. It measures noise levels only and never records conversations.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard throughout their stay using convenient keyless entry.
The only areas unavailable to guests are the downstairs storage closet, locked cabinets inside the Bedroom 1 closet, and the backyard storage shed.
Other things to note
Our home is professionally treated for pests, but because we're surrounded by the natural beauty of Upstate South Carolina, you may occasionally see local wildlife such as birds, deer, rabbits, and insects.
