Sit and enjoy sunsets from your westward facing private dock in the evening time after a fun filled day of kayaking, swimming, fishing or boating. This spacious home offers great sleeping spaces- including not one, but TWO master king bedrooms with en suites, making this home the ideal vacation spot for families and friends!

A private neighborhood boat ramp is conveniently located less than a minute from the home. Use the boat ramp to launch your own boat or other lake toys to keep at the dock. As you turn to face the back of the home, you’ll notice two large entertaining porches to choose from; the perfect spaces to enjoy your meals, play board games, or simply relax with a great book. The upper porch is located directly off of the living room and kitchen for easy meal access, and is completely screened in.

Offering 4 total bedrooms with not one, but two master bedrooms with en suites! The first master bedroom is located on the top floor of the home with a spacious king bed and adjoining master bathroom complete with a soaking tub and a separate stand up shower. On that same floor, you will also find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. These two queen bedrooms share a hallway bathroom and shower. On the third and lowest level of this retreat you will find the second king suite bedroom, which also provides a trundle bed adding two extra twin mattresses. This bedroom has its own adjoining master bathroom providing both a soaking tub and separate stand up shower. And lastly, a sleeper sofa located on the main floor living room offers another great sleeping space.

This third level also has an additional game and entertaining space with a tv, football themed arcade game, foosball table, interactive dart board, a mini pool table and more! It's the perfect space for you and your friends and family to hang out.

Please Note: This is a pet friendly property, pets must be approved for your stay. Please note that there is a pet fee required for anyone staying with a dog of $150 for one dog, and $300 for two dogs.
