This listing is for the entire unit. So you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

Getting Around:
Take a short walk to main street of Petitenget, Seminyak area.
If you wish to visit some other area, the best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali's busy roads! Give our Manager a call, to organize these during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
- Maximum occupancy is 4 adults,
- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included,
- Children & infant are not recommended due to the safety, because there are stairs from ground floor to second floor and second to third floor, as well as no gate swimming pool,
- Housekeeping included but not standby staff,
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest,
- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm,
- Villa is accessible by car, and there is a open parking garage for 1 average size car.
Villa Kalita Seminyak is located at Jalan Petitenget, Gang Rahayu, 4.
The alley is right next to El Greco (Greek Restaurant). Inside the alley, go straight until you see VILLA KALITA name on the left side.
