Our Seminyak holiday villa is set up for a family or group of friends with private pool and a garden. This self-contained Bali accommodation boasts a full kitchen, while a multitude of cheap eats and local cuisine can be found close by. 3 Master bedroom (1,8x2m mattress). Downstairs is 1 Bedroom, open Kitchen with living area garden and pool. Upstairs 2 big Bedrooms with 1,8x2m Bed. All Bedrooms have AC, 2 have TV, DVD, international channels and ensuite Bathroom with hot shower. Strong WIFI !

Our Seminyak holiday villa is set up for a family or group of friends with air conditioning in each of the 3 big Bedrooms, a private pool and a garden. This self-contained Bali accommodation boasts a full kitchen, while a multitude of cheap eats and local cuisine can be found within a short walking distance, so you can choose to eat in or out, depending on what suits you best.
2 Big Bedrooms are upstairs, 1 big Bedroom with the open Kitchen and Livingroom is downstairs. All bedrooms offers a big smart TV, a DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and international channels. To keep you cool and comfortable, air conditioning has been installed in each Bedroom.
The open Living room comes with a big 4K smart TV (international Channels and Netflix), Playstation 3, DVD Player, and Bluetooth Hifi System.
No fighting over bathroom use will occur this holiday, each bedroom has his own ensuit Bathroom (with hot water showers). For your convenience, guests are given the following toiletries: shampoo, body wash, tissues, tooth brushes and tooth paste.
After long days exploring Bali, relax in the lounge gazebo, or go for a swim in the private pool! And don’t worry about getting bitten, as we also provide you with mosquito spray, Lotion and electric impeller.
The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a feast, down to the slightest detail. Amenities include plates, glasses, cutlery, a coffeemaker, toaster, fridge, gas stove, rice cooker, microwave with grill and a hot and cold water dispenser.
When you arrive, you’ll find the kitchen well stocked in toast, eggs, jam, milk and soft drinks, so you can enjoy a hearty breakfast. These refreshments are accompanied by welcome snacks and complimentary drinking water. Throughout your stay, help yourself to coffee powder, sugar, tea and salt.
Your Seminyak villa will always be in top condition, thanks to our 5 day a week cleaning, gardening and pool service.

If you check in at Daytime there will be a staff Team member to welcome you at the Villa during check-in to explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions. If you check in at Night time the Driver, security man or the key box will have the Key ready for you and we will meet you next day.

We live just 10-15 minutes away from the Villa, and readily available to attend any issues or provide help with anything at the Villa in a short time. We want to make sure our guests have a smooth and pleasant stay with us always.
I love welcoming new guests in our Villa and ensuring they have the greatest and smoothest holiday possible. We aim to provide help in everything our guests need, from renting motorbikes to arranging tours, etc. I understand the difficulties of the unknown when travelling to a new country or even continent, especially if time is limited to explore and enjoy that given destination. This is why we`d like to make sure that we help you with whatever we can during your stay with us. My my staff team and myself are always available to respond&help with your enquiries and questions

The Villa is located in a quite area with many private Villas around, the next small Supermarket you will find a walking distance of 200m Close to the Villas (300m) you will find some small Restaurants, called Warungs, they offer very tasty local dishes for less than 2 USD, It is strategically located within a 3 minute walk to Sunset Road where you can find a 24hr small Minimarket, Beverage Store, Gym and even a great Money Exchange place.

You can reach a small Mall with a medium Supermarket, Burger King, Pizza Hut, J. co Donuts in a distance less than 1 km The famous eating street, Jalan Laksmana with all the western Restaurants you can reach in 1,5km. In just a 3-4 minutes ride you find yourself at the Sunset Road Legian dining district with Mc Donald’s, Burger King, Also 10 minutes away you can visit the brand new Trans Studio Mall, with a small theme park opening soon, Cinema and many shops already there being open.

Again, about a 5-8 minutes ride and you find yourself on Jalan Nakula or Jalan Legian where there are hundreds of shops, souvenir stores and restaurants ready to serve your needs. In just 12 minutes ride you can reach Double Six Beach. Both Kuta and Seminyak are within very easy reach from the Villa, allowing you to explore the surrounding areas with no issue. The airport is as close as 20-30 minutes by car

We advise our guests to rent motorbike(s) or a car with a driver for Daytrips . Other options are to use the Bluebird Taxis, or preferably to use the Grab or Gojek Applications to get around at a very low price.

In the area of the Villa these applications are allowed to work and pick-up or drop-off guests without a problem. Some areas of Bali restrict the use of any form of transportation applications such as these, which can be an issue when staying in an area as such as those.

We will help you download and use these useful applications for your transport needs. These apps also allow you to order food to the Villa within just minutes.
