This cozy villa is located in the outskirts of Selva, in a very quiet rural area ideal for a relaxing holiday where you will find the essence of Mallorca. The house, spacious and rustic style, is fully equipped and has a swimming pool, a large garden with natural grass and several terraces.



The nearest town is Selva, a small and picturesque town where you will find some restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Every Wednesday the weekly market is held in the center of the town, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables or handicrafts. Inca is the nearest city, less than 10 minutes by car. There you will find a wide leisure offer. In addition, it is 20 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and only half an hour from Palma, the capital of the island.



Air conditioning:



- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has warm / cold air conditioning units in the living room. In the other rooms you will find fans and radiators at your disposal. The property has heating system throughout the entire property.



Costs not included in the price to be paid at destination:

- Tourism Tax (Required)

- Heating 20 €/day (Optional). Available from November to April. Includes firewood for the chimney and the central heating system with radiators. This service must be booked at least 24 hours before the arrival. If this service is not booked, the air conditioning unit with a warm air system will still be available.
