Set right on the water (there is a small beach directly behind this townhouse), this sunny and stylish vacation rental includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table for six for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a new full-size, ground-level patio and deck where you can catch the sunrise or watch the wildlife right in your own backyard. For sleeping arrangements, this townhouse offers four colorful bedrooms, including a ground-floor primary suite with an en suite bath and private access to the sunroom, plus an additional main bedroom with an en suite bath up on the third floor. New vinyl flooring has been added in the third-floor bedrooms in preparation for the 2025 rental season. Parking is limited to one space at the home, as garage access is no longer available. Additional parking can be found nearby across from the property by the dumpster area.

Feel free to bring your own kayaks and paddleboards or rent them and have them delivered right to the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
