Entering the lodge, you will see it consists of a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a separate toilet and a master bedroom suite.

The kitchen area is well equipped for a guest to cook a basic meal, with all the electrical appliances you should need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and an air fryer. Following on from the kitchen is a dining table to comfortably seat 2 people. Offering the option to dine in, or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants.

The living space provides a comfortable sofa overlooking the large flat screen Tv.

Heading into the master bedroom, you will see a king size bed with a feature padded headboard, a contained walk in shower cubicle and a free standing bath.
Clothes storage and a hanging rail, alongside a small dressing table and mirror can also be found in the bedroom for your use.

The stunning outside area offers a spacious patio area, overlooking the lake. With a small outdoor bistro dining set for 2, a comfortable L shaped rattan sofa and a luxury 4 seater hot tub with a built in bar space and stools. You will also find a large projector screen above the hot tub, where you can hook your phone up and watch all of your favourite shows.

The lodge park itself offers a peaceful and scenic setting to base your stay. The surrounding area offers a number of delicious restaurants, alongside being just a 15 minute drive away from York's Designer Shopping outlet and just a 25 minute drive away from the historic City of York.
